Joe was very courteous and professional. He arrived on schedule, explained my options, completed the work without any issues. The repair seems successful. The woman who answered the phone was also very professional in explaining the service plan. Being willing to work in the evening, after normal work hours, was also a benefit.

I called you when the cable broke (I thought) on my garage door. I was given an appointment time between 5 and 7PM and asked that the tech call before he came. About 5:40 Mike called and said he would be here around 6:00 and we agreed he would call when he arrived. AT 6:00 he called to tell me that he was here and I went out to meet him and open the service door. When we (he) inspected the problem, it showed that the cable did not break but had come off of the drum. Mike then said he has going to try to reset the door. After working on it for some time, even though he wanted to keep trying to make the old system work, upon seeing the condition of one of the old drums, I made the decision to go with the conversion. He then proceeded to do a very professional job of converting my old system. One other thing that impressed me was the appointment email, It really gave me a "warm fuzzy" that I had picked a good company. I figured anyone who posts their employee's pictures on that email was not about to rip me off.

Great experience all around. Outstanding customer service. I was able to immediately schedule the appointment. Service technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. Performed work requested. And after evaluation, they found some other issues with the garage door that I didn't realize were problems. They explained the issues to me and asked if I wanted to pursue those fixes. They were able to do the fixes while they were here, and the difference in performance is amazing --- way quieter and smoother. They also recommended against some other work I was considering (replace the sweep) explaining that my issue is with the concrete floor. Thank you very much, I'm so glad I found you. I got your name out of the phone book. Your service man was polite and informative and the work at this time is satisfactory. The cost of the repair seems rather high but I have never had such work done before so I am no expert.

Prompt service. Called when he was on his way. Pointed out what was broken and needed repair as well as what was wearing but not yet broken. Provided separate quotes for fixing the broken parts and another quote for what it would cost to also replace the worn parts. Helpfully gave a ball-park estimate as to how long the wearing parts would last so I could decide what I currently wanted to replace. He had a pre-emptive, informative, but not overly pushy approach. Courteous, and quick repair.

Chose Precision because their Yellow page add was the largest and most professional looking. Stu and his helper inspected my garage door and suggested several options to repair it. We went with the full repair and adjustment package. They replaced both springs, bearings, cables, drums and all door rollers. They then mounted a better bearing/track support and replaced the track car that was wearing out from wear. Finally they adjusted and lubricated the entire range of moving parts on the door. This was all performed in about an hour. The door now runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. I am very pleased with their workmanship and don't expect to have any problems with the door for many years to come. Thank you again.

I consider my recent experience of a service call by Rob L. to be a textbook example of how it should be done. Rob arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and determined what service to recommend. He patiently explained what the problem areas were and showed me exactly why. He explained options available to me and prices associated with the solutions. He allowed me to ask questions and make my own decisions on how to proceed. He displayed a high level of technical competence. He went out of his way to see to extras to make the door operate more smoothly than before. Attention to detail and NO short cuts. Rob was very neat and very professional. He was obviously and outwardly a person who took pride in his work well done. Yes, my wallet was much lighter after the service call...but I had no reservations about the value of service and quality of product I had received since I would see it for myself. There were no surprises as far as costs was concerned either. Furthermore not a scrap of paper or washer or screw was left on the work site when he was done. Truly professional. I am not prone to writing congratulatory letters. I have high expectations of service technicians due to my work relationship in the field and tend to be critical. It was such a rewarding experience to meet a person like Rob who knows his work, his products and takes the extra effort. He knows how to interact with a customers. I could not have been more satisfied or impressed with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring & cables broke on Friday at 4:45p.m. I called 2 other garage door services and one returned my call Saturday morning & Overhead Door Service who installed both of my garage doors has yet to call me back. When I called Precision I had an appointment set up within 15 min for between 6-9 p.pm. Friday evening. Joe Maenner was at my home at 8:30 p.m. He was so professional, knowledgeable & polite plus a good salesman he sold me a package I probably didn't need but now I can be assured the door has been repaired right. Whoever is doing your internet marketing is doing a great job. Found you on Google using my mobile phone. Was able to click on your phone number so I didn't have to try and dial it while driving.
