During my working carer of over 30 years as a manager and executive we devote a great deal of time and training to constantly improve the personal contact with the customer and maintaining a high level of technical competence. I consider my recent experience of a service call by Rob L. to be a textbook example of how it should be done. Rob arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and determined what service to recommend. He patiently explained what the problem areas were and showed me exactly why. He explained options available to me and prices associated with the solutions. He allowed me to ask questions and make my own decisions on how to proceed. He displayed a high level of technical competence. He went out of his way to see to extras to make the door operate more smoothly than before. Attention to detail and NO short cuts. Rob was very neat and very professional. He was obviously and outwardly a person who took pride in his work well done. Yes, my wallet was much lighter after the service call...but I had no reservations about the value of service and quality of product I had received since I would see it for myself. There were no surprises as far as costs was concerned either. Furthermore not a scrap of paper or washer or screw was left on the work site when he was done. Truly professional. I am not prone to writing congratulatory letters. I have high expectations of service technicians due to my work relationship in the field and tend to be critical. It was such a rewarding experience to meet a person like Rob who knows his work, his products and takes the extra effort. He knows how to interact with a customers. I thought this was worth the recognition.

I could not have been more satisfied or impressed with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring & cables broke on Friday at 4:45p.m. I called 2 other garage door services and one returned my call Saturday morning & Overhead Door Service who installed both of my garage doors has yet to call me back. When I called Precision I had an appointment set up within 15 min for between 6-9 p.pm. Friday evening. Joe Maenner was at my home at 8:30 p.m. He was so professional, knowledgeable & polite plus a good salesman he sold me a package I probably didn't need but now I can be assured the door has been repaired right. I can not say how much I liked & appreciated Joe. I have been a Realtor for 34 yrs and I will be emailing all of my Colleagues about Precision and Joe. Thanks, Patricia P.S. Whoever is doing your internet marketing is doing a great job. Found you on Google using my mobile phone. Was able to click on your phone number so I didn't have to try and dial it while driving. You guys were able to set me up with an appointment the next day. Love the confirmation emails as well. Service tech was great too. Very friendly and explained everything.

After having a old garage door opener replaced and seeing the massive difference in operation and quietness, we decided to go ahead and replace the other opener and both garage doors. Called several service providers on a Saturday evening, Precision was the only outfit to return my call so they got my business. The service tech was on time and called prior to arrival. His work was promt and you could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced. Only complaint is the cost of the springs:$99.00 each with cost of center bearing added to that. I did ask if he had a bottom seal for my door which needed to be replaced -- unfortunately I didnt mention that when I scheduled the service but he did have a high quality seal on his truck which he installed (again, only beef here is the price of the item). All in all the service tech was professional, prompt and meticulous with his work. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and other than the items he installed, left no trace of his visit. Very pleased with precisions service and would recommend to a friend with no hesitation. I would recommend comparing prices to gauge what is typical for the Madison area.

WOW!!! Can't say enough what an awesome job Joe did repairing our garage door. He carefully inspected the door and made expert recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what didn't and explained why. He did an excellent job installing a new garage door system and replacing the worn component on the door itself. He was efficient with his time and left the job site in a clean condition. I had Precision work on my garage in Brown Deer and they did a great job. When my tenant called and informed me about the garage door falling off the tracks, Precision was the first company I called. The installer who did the job was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process when he was complete with his work. i would recommend Tom anytime because his work speaks for itself. The garage looks great with a new look. I would give Tom a 5 for his professional work and how he presented himself to me and my tenant.
