After having a old garage door opener replaced and seeing the massive difference in operation and quietness, we decided to go ahead and replace the other opener and both garage doors. Everything looks great and will keep our garage much warmer and airtight than before. So far we are extremely pleased with the work and the friendly service on this project.

Called several service providers on a Saturday evening, Precision was the only outfit to return my call so they got my business. The service tech was on time and called prior to arrival. His work was promt and you could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced. Only complaint is the cost of the springs:$99.00 each with cost of center bearing added to that. I did ask if he had a bottom seal for my door which needed to be replaced -- unfortunately I didnt mention that when I scheduled the service but he did have a high quality seal on his truck which he installed (again, only beef here is the price of the item). All in all the service tech was professional, prompt and meticulous with his work. He completed the job in less than 2 hours and other than the items he installed, left no trace of his visit. Very pleased with precisions service and would recommend to a friend with no hesitation. I would recommend comparing prices to gauge what is typical for the Madison area.

I called Precision because of the reasonable price... another company wanted $250 just to come to my door. Spencer was here within an hour (on Sunday, no less) and the repair was finished within 45 minutes. Well done, guys! When I need a new door you'll be getting a call!

I had Precision work on my garage in Brown Deer and they did a great job. When my tenant called and informed me about the garage door falling off the tracks, Precision was the first company I called. The installer who did the job was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process when he was complete with his work. i would recommend Tom anytime because his work speaks for itself. The garage looks great with a new look. I would give Tom a 5 for his professional work and how he presented himself to me and my tenant.

WOW!!! Can't say enough what an awesome job Joe did repairing our garage door. He carefully inspected the door and made expert recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what didn't and explained why. He did an excellent job installing a new garage door system and replacing the worn component on the door itself. He was efficient with his time and left the job site in a clean condition. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions thoughtfully and at an appropriate level. I am very happy with the end product/result. Our "tech", Rob, showed up when he said he would, installed five garage doors in the time he said it would take him and did so professionally. Rob knows what he is doing and does a great job. Our neighbors and we are quite happy with our new doors.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done with the exception of one small point that is partially my fault. The tech had a problem removing the bottom hinge on one side of the door and asked me if it was ok to saw off the part and cut the bottom door seal. I told him it was ok expecting he was just going to cut the seal (as it was already damaged and I was going to replace it anyway). He ended up cutting the seal and the track and the outside of the track holder. I have been unable to locate the same kind that was used. It's a U shaped plastic piece that bolts to the inside of the door. So I now am short about 4" of track for the seal. Other than that 5 stars. The door now runs quieter that it has in a long time. Stu was spot on the dot on time - never happens with any other company. His work was efficient, he left the area clean when he was done. New cables, new rollers, track lube and adjusted the springs. Door noise went from a 747 landing to whisper quiet.
