Hi Folks, Just a simple note to express my amazement at the response and service I received the other day with the repair of my garage door springs. Mike Gonyo was the most courteous and proficient tech that I have ever encountered. The speed and perfection he demonstrated in the repair of my door was truly exceptional. I only wish that I had more garage doors to repair because I would surely request the return of Mike to accomplish the repair. In closing all I can say is "THANKY YOU" for the great service and response. PS - the door works better than when it was new!!!!!

Stu and Bakari were great to work with - very professional and business-like. They quickly diagnosed the problems and provided a plan to have all of doors (three) in quick working order. Excellent experience. I would recommend them without reservation. Yes, they were that good!

I called precision garage door after seeing the ad in the clipper magazine. I was completely satisfied with the service and work performed. The tech was very informative and understanding of our budget and was not pushy. We felt very comfortable and will reccomend precision to anybody that needs service. Thank you.

After having a laundry list of things that have needed repair at our house recently, Mike Gonyo has got to be the best technician I've ever dealt with. Mike was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed me everything he was doing, offered all the options, explained why, and handled any questions or concerns that I threw at him. I would recommend Precision to anyone, and tell them to make sure they get Mike to do their work. Precision & Mike Gonyo should be very proud. NICE WORK!!!!!

Service was GREAT, door works perfectly. Disappointed that no discount is offered for payment via check, only via check. Who has $900 in cash laying around to pay a large unexpected bill.

In and out quickly, arrived on time, told me what the problem was, gave me options and estimates for repairs. New opener and repaired door work very well. Thanks!

We found you in the yellow pages. Your ad gives a lot of information, which is reassuring. We were actually told to call a different company but they couldn't come same-day so we found you and are so glad we did. Rob was very cordial and zeroed in on the obvious immediately, which was too much stuff blocking the safety beam in front. If the rest of your techs are like Rob, you have a very fine organization and we will happily reccommend you without reservation. There are a lot of garages in this set of condos! We will tell the administration of our happy experience. Kudos to Rob!

Our garage door had not worked properly in the ten years we have lived in our home. Finally, I called Precision. The repairman was prompt, knowledgable and didn't try to sell us a product or service we didn't need. Within one hour, he had our garage door working perfectly. I would recommend Precision to any friend or member of my family who has a grave door service need.
