I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise. Excellent experience. After a house painting this spring I decided to have the garage door replaced. Stu came to my home, on time, and mentioned he could upgrade the door I had priced earlier and it would be $100 less. Then he saves me another $100 by suggesting I use a valpac coupon. I didn't have one so he gets one for me. Then he asks if I want the new door installed that afternoon. Fine with me. Tom shows up several hours later and does a great job. Old one out and new one installed in about 3 hours. The door looks good and operates well. Just a very pleasant experience.
