SAW THE COMMERCIALS. WE DIDN'T END UP HAVING A REPAIR BUT DID NEED TO REPROGRAM OUR CODE. WE RECENTLY MOVED HERE AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT. HE WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP THE PROCESS AND WE GOT IT CHANGED SO WE CAN USE IT. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.

Had them install garage door 4 years ago. Unfortunately the spring broke and was out of warranty. Precision came out and soon as possible and had it fixed within an hour and it sounds even better than before. Thank you

Technicians arrived early and introduced themselves to me. Very polite and professional. Asked me what the issue was and listened carefully while I explained the problem. They then checked over the garage door and opener to look for any obvious issues. Not seeing anything obvious the dug deeper into the issue and found that the torsion spring needed to be tightened. They did that and lubed the entire system and garage door works great. Technician did say that my opener was nearing its typical end of life and quoted me a few options but at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything at this time. Would definitely call Precision Door for any future problems.

We had hired a handy man to install a garage door opener we had purchased at a store. He ended up leaving when it was half way done and didn't come back! We decided to call Precision Garage Door Service from the good reviews we found online. We were very impressed with how quickly they got us on the schedule (2 days). They then sent an email to verify the date/time along with a text. The day before they sent these again as a reminder. The day of, we received a call a couple hours before our scheduled time from the technician saying he could come over early if we wanted. We then received a text with his name (Colin) and picture so we knew who to expect. He quickly identified what was needed to be done and gave us the cost. He got to work and within an hour he was done. He also let us know that if we ever need to install another opener that was purchased at a store that we just need to call them-you don't need to buy the openers from them and they would have provided a couple upgrades from what is purchased in a box from the store. Very pleased with his work, attitude and efficiency! We will definitely call them back if we ever need any more garage door work done.

Ahmed did a quick diagnosis of our problem and explained different ways to fix the issue. We decided just replacing the whole opener was the best route. He installed everything promptly and was very professional throughout the process. Even when the wireless app was giving us issues. (It turned out to be an issue with my phone because my wife's iPhone got it connected right away). Everyone I talked to on the phone was also very polite and answered all my questions.

The service tech was terrific. Curt explained every step in his procedure, gave us three estimate levels, and performed the service we chose. He was efficient and timely. Then, he explained all the new features. We were happy with the service and the back-up battery function. We are very happy we chose Precision and had this wonderful technician. We had used another company in the past and decided to try Precision based on company advertising. Precision exceeded our expectations. Mario was professional and polite and called ahead to notify that he was on his way. We had a problem with a sensor, the outside keypad and the openers seemed to be getting louder over the past year. Mario identified the sensor problem, checked all other sensors, worked with me to set up a new code and then manually worked the doors to determine that the springs needed adjustment. A quote was given before the work began, which I thought fair. I also like the email/text confirmation and reminders. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend the company to anyone.
