We were visiting our son when we needed to call for garage door replacement. Didn't know who to call, but got lucky when we called Precision. Awesome people from the person answering our call to the installers. Install and product were of great quality. When more work needed to be done months later there was no hesitation on who to call. Precision did not fail us. We weren't visiting at the time so everything was done by phone call. They kept us informed on repairs and did another fantastic service. Great communication especially being we are out of the area. Kudos to the whole staff at Precision!!

The technician was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my garage door, what he recommended and what was the immediate problem and with no pressure to by anything more than what was needed but recommended items that my cause me a problem in the future. He also advised me to oil and lube different places to prevent possible problems and extend the life of my investment. Percsion Garage Door Service scheduled a repair call for the next day. The technician, Ahmad Perkins, came on the time scheduled. He repaired the problem garage door operator and seviced a second door all within one hour. I felt the service fee of under $200.00 was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for prompt service.

We had Precision out to our house on a Monday for an estimate on replacing a panel on our garage door. We were told we would have an estimate later that day. Followed up 3 times only to finally be told they couldn't replace the panel for our brand of door. If we hadn't followed up 3 times we wouldn't have found out that information. No apology and terrible customer service. I'm in sales and would have no customers if I treated my customers this way.

The technician Bill was excellent! Inspected the door for any issues and installed new opener. Answered all my questions and took old opener for recycling. Very pleased with the professionalism of everyone, from the staff answering calls to the installation. Great Job!!

The Actual Scheduled Appointment itself took to long, about 5.5 hours.{ 8:00- 1:30pm}. When the Technician finally came, he was very polite. He did a very good job, within reasonable time. Overall i was satisfied with the work that he did.

I had a cable brake the night before and called first thing in the morning they were able send someone the same day. The young man was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the cables and rollers. i have been thinking about replacing the opener for awhile now. Since having one on the truck he was able to install it. Same day service and a new opener who could ask for more.

I called at 10 am to make an appointment to have a technician come out and look at my garage door opener, as it was not working correctly. Ahmad Perkins arrived at 1:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I inquired about a new garage door opener being installed because mine was 13 years old. I decided to have Ahmad put in a Genie 2128 right then and there, as he had one in his truck. By 3:30 pm, Ahmad had the new opener installed. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the opener. He explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

After a very lack luster encounter with another garage door company I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service. Our service tech. was Mario and what an absolute gem. He gave us 3 options to choose from and advised to each one of those options in depth. Mario was very personable and worked his tail off to get our door back in action. Should we have any additional garage door issues there is no other company I would use and would be requesting Mario if available.

8/14/24, 6:45am CST: I went to open my garage door, on my way to breakfast and the spring broke. It’s an 18ft door and was very heavy to open on my own, so I had to get a ride with a friend. 8/14/24, 8am : I called Precision Door and was told a tech would be here between noon and 4pm. 8/14/24, 10:38am: Technician Ahmad Perkins called and said he would be over in 6 minutes and he was. Very impressed. 8/14/24, 12pm: Garage door springs and bearings replaced, garage door lubed, verified operations and readjusted door to open and close more smoothly. COMPLETE. Technician Ahmad Perkins arrived and greeted me and my 120 pound Great Dane, who was excited to see him and followed him around most of the time. He explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and gave the estimate. I agreed and he was done in a short time. I appreciate the fast turn-around, the skill set of the tech to ID the issue and then show me what caused the spring to break. Ahmad is an excellent technician with the skills needed and the customer service required to recommend Precision and give them 5 stars.

On Wed., 31 Jul 24 we had Ahmad Perkins from Prec. Garage Door service our two garage doors--one single car, one two car. He adjusted counter balanced springs, lubed, addressed a bad "POP!" sound, addressed electric eye safety aim issue and then addressed, fixed a key pad that had stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Plesant young technicician. Appreciated his service. Well done!

I live in a condo and my 2 car garage door wouldn’t open so I called my client service dep and asked if they could recommend a company or 2 which they did. They advised they had used PrecisionGarage and so I gave them a call. However technology has been touchy and we got cut off. Admittedly I was a bit frustrated so decided to contact later and this time I used the online app option on their website. It’s the greatest and I got an appointment for Sunday and it took only a few minutes. On Sunday I got a text from the company and a call from Carlos stating he was on his way. The tech explained the process and I was provided 3 options as to repair, warranty and price. All of this is done online via the laptop/tablet. As it turned out I need a new spring plus a rotor plus new rollers. We agreed on a the work and price and he went to work . When finished Carlos had me check the opening and closing of the door to see it was working. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the job was completed in about 1-1/2 hrs. I would definitely use them for future tune ups and recommend Precision to family and friends. Great service many thanks!

You came when I had my appointment and the work was completed in about an hour. But, I am deeply disappointed in your company because I was over shocked to see the price just for a spring repair. I pretty close to bankrupt just to pay for this repair and I only get a limited lifetime warranty. I feel that you have priced your company out of the market because they are so high. I will not refer anyone to your company if I can avoid it because of your prices. I hope that I do not need your service again. Thank you.
