We were very happy with our service appt. Pedro did a thorough job. He was very professional and explained the options to repair our garage door. We were impressed that you offer weekend appts--which won you the business. We called the initial installer on Friday evening--and they called us back Monday morning. We called Precision on Saturday and were offered a Sunday appt.

Matt called and said he was ahead of schedule, and could he come earlier; I said yes. When he arrived, he asked me what the problem with the door was. He then did an exam of the door and described the cause and what the solution would be. He explained the trip charge and did an estimate cost of the repair and asked if I agreed to his repairing my garage door. Matt then when to work and the door was fixed in a short time. More signing and a handshake for doing and great job and I got a business card in case I ever needed help again. I choose Matt company because he was located in the city I live in, and the internet showed him as being very close to my house. Matt also petted our dogs instead of just letting them bark at him. They got along fine after that. :-)

I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.
