I was told that I would have someone out to the house between 8 and noon. At 7:50 I got a call from Ahmad that he would be to my house shortly. He arrived at about 8:10, assessed the job, after reveiwing the options he advised it would take about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later my garage door was fixed and operational. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The service tech was respectful, knowledgeable, and just a great person. Thank you for the great service!

100% professionalism throughout. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Expedient . Not easy these days to go to leave for work at 7 am to find the garage door inoperable and have it fully repaired and even upgraded by 9:45 am SAME DAY and on a weekend no less. That in itself is a bonus, and the double down for me is Veteran Owned. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience . Friendly enough people but found out too late that they could not work on my garage door issue since it was a setup they were not allowed to work on, even though it is a Genie system. As a result I had to pay the travel fee ($70). Be careful to ask before they come out to make sure they can do the work.

What a surprise I had when suddenly and unexpectedly, the right cable on my garage door snapped! Of course the timing couldn’t have been worse, but thank goodness we have a car parked outdoors so at least we have transportation if needed, as it was the next day before Precision could help us out of this situation. Matthew was very professional, showed us our items in need of replacement, gave us an itemized quote with several options to choose from.
