He then took care of everything and then explained what he had done, what I needed to do over time to maintain excellent performance of the garage door, and then when to contact Precision Overhead Garage Door for another visit. I do not appreciate companies that come in and try to upsell and oversell. I just paid $700 for the same repair that cost me $325 ten years ago. The first thing your technician did is tell me everything is failing and I should pay $1,750 to repair and/or replace everything. I will never do business with a “Neighborly” company again.

Precision had a real person answering the phone whom was able to give me an appointment time for a technician to come out that worked with my schedule. I received a call from the technician 30 minutes before he felt he would arrive, and a text message from the company with a picture of Kurt Schneider. Kurt was courteous answering my questions and thoroughly explaining options for correcting my garage door problem. As a curious senior citizen, Kurt invited me to watch him examine the door for the cause of it not closing, and to watch him fix the door. I was impressed with Kurt's knowledge of the mechanical engineering of garage doors and their operation. He was able to easily see that my door no longer had replacement parts available (at least 33 years old). He was also able to give me accurate information regarding cost of a new door, and a timeline for it to be installed. I forgot to ask just where Precision is located. It was not in the add in the Milton Yellow pages. Though I have seen the adds on TV, I have never picked upon the location from them either. I look forward to having my new garage door installed in 4-5 weeks.

The representative that came out to fix my garage foor was a young man by the name of Jacob. Jacob was very knowledgeable and educated me on how you should spray your rollers at least twice a year so they stay lubricated. I was never advised to do that. He was professional and provide great customer service, along with fixing my garage in a time fashion.
