I was surprised at the estimate given to me by Steve Gatson. My original thought was the bill would only be roughly $250. I reached that thought by the information given to me by the person I originally spoke to. She told me that the house call was $69.99 and the most expensive spring was $179.00. Little did I know that I needed to have two springs replaced at $179.00 and all the bearings, bringing my bill to a total of $637.95! Very disappointing. But, the good news is that your serviceman Steve Gatson was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and very good at getting the jog done correctly. In my opinion he did an outstanding job. Had my garage spring replaced this morning. Steve was very nice and let me watch and answered all my questions. The only thing I did not like was paying $65 for a bearing that I can get on Amazon for $7. And then multiply that by three bearings...

Your technicians called before they arrived. When they showed up one man did the estimate. Then when I decided what serive they would perform, one person did ALL the work. The other person sat in the truck and did NOTHING! Thought this was very inefficient, may have been able to complete the work faster if both persons had been working on the fix. Work was done well and am happy with the completed job. Will recommend your service to anyone who needs work.
