My garage door spring broke and the technician was out when he said he would be there. He was extremely polite and gave me options and explained the options. He did excellent work and was done in one hour. I was extremely impressed with him and his knowledge and handy work. I only wish I could remember his name but tell him thanks for his quick good work.

Did a great job! Looked over the entire door. Found parts that were fading away and made recommendations to fix them. Explained exactly what he was going to do before he did the job. Completed job in the time frame he estimated. Was able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone and for certain request him for future issues. Thanks!

Very satisfied with the whole process and the technician Nick Oelze. The customer service from the initial call was professional, and informative. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were readily available to my schedule. The website also provided a lot of information and discounts which I used to waive the trip charge. Nick Oelze was also very professional, friendly and did a great job. I am very satisfied with their product also however, it was a bit pricey but since they offer lifetime warranty I believe it's WORTH it. For spring repairs I would suggest future customers to know what kind of spring system they have when calling to set up the repair. Precision does not work with outdated EZ set torsion springs, and they will convert them to a normal torsion springs which would give you a better system overall along with their oil coated springs. You get a better product!

I came home to a broken garage door after hours the day before the long Labor Day weekend. I called the firm that had installed the door. They did not call back the following day, so I called them and they said they could not come out until after the long weekend. I called Precision and they came at the early end of the two hour time they had given me. The technician gave me two suggested routes for repair and improvement. He explained everything. He was thorough and professional. Precision Door Service is our NEW provider!

Our technician was Jezrel White - what a guy!! Knowledgeable, comprehensive, easy to understand, explained the 3 options clearly, hard worker, with a great smile :) If we ever need to use Precision again, we will definitely be requesting Jezrel !!

I was hoping that the work needed would be a minor adjustment to my garage door system after having work done in my garage the previous day. Unfortunately, the system needed a LOT of work as it hadn't been well maintained by the previous home owners, but Dan did a great job of thoroughly reviewing everything and showing me exactly where there were problems with cables, brackets, rollers, etc. While I wasn't thrilled with having to have so much work done, I was very pleased with the end result. The overall garage door system is now working incredibly smoothly and quietly and I won't have to worry about it breaking down at some inconvenient time!

I initially called Jim's Garage Door Service (who I've used in the past) and scheduled an appointment. The Tech didn't call or show up on the scheduled day/time. I emailed Jim's Garage Door Service and got an automated response. "Thanks for contacting us we'll contact you soon.", but they didn't. So I searched for another service in the Racine area. Precision has a lot of nice reviews, so I called and a Tech arrived, as scheduled; the next day. Kahala and his assistant did a great job. I removed and tossed the Jim's Garage Door sticker that was on my door; don't need it, I'll call Precision in the future.

Nick did a great job. Very courteous and clean work. He provided an assessment of the general condition of the door and made 3 sets of suggestions depending on our usage and expected life of the door. We had a good discussion and selected the options that fit our situation best. Nick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took the time to show/compare the various parts offered.

I googled garage door repair in Milwaukee. Looked through the list and read through Precision Door Service. Located within 5 miles of my home, watched the YouTube video and liked what I saw. Called for estimate on a broken spring. Technician came out between 2-4 pm. Dan & Tony showed up at 2:15-2:30 p.m. Dan assessed my problem and gave me direction. Part was not a standard part that they stock on the truck. The part had to be ordered and they installed it on Aug.5th. I was pleased, satisfied & comfortable with my technician. Dan & Tony. we're pleasant. Good experience. Will refer Precision to others. Thanks.

I initially called Precision because they were advertised in my local Mukwonago Home Pages. They were at my home within 24 hrs. They were punctual and efficient. The serviceman was polite and gave me a sense of what I will need to expect in repairs coming up on my old door.
