Kurt did a great job inspecting our problem door opener and offering options for repair! We selected a new opener and he installed it quickly, even adding stronger brackets for support, as our 90's brackets were pretty wimpy. Great experience, and highly recommended!

Our garage door spring broke leaving us with two vehicles inside and no way to get the door open. Scheduling was quick and within a few hours Rick Bourget was here. He was most professional in appearance and working with us to remedy the problem. I would not hesitate to call on your company again should the need arise. The communication from your company via email and phone is outstanding! Thank you

Fantastic job! The service guy was very informative and professional. He evaluated the whole job and gave several options on the repairwork. I love the fact of lifetime guarantee on the parts and labor. The cost was very reasonable too.

We chose Precision because of the Ad in our local phone book that said 24-hr service. We couldn't be happier with the quality and service we received. Stu did an absolutely fantastic job of repairing our garage door. I thought it was beyond repair but now it's close to good as new. He was polite, professional and an all around great guy. Very pleased. Thanks!

Stu came out today and fixed our door guide. Thank you for the great service. It is always a pleasure to do business with people who understand that their real business is service not the products. It is getting harder and harder to find people committed to providing quality service like Stu. I spent more than forty years as a consulting engineer and our product was not documents for bidding but service to our clients. What made my job fun was helping our clients solve their issues related to wastewater treatment and conveyance. We will be moving to Bend, Oregon soon and hope to find a Precision Door dealer in the neighborhood. Once again thanks for the prompt and efficient service. Jim and Linda Kleinschmidt

A cable broke when closing the door leaving for work in the morning. Call Precision Door as soon as I got into work (they have done work for us in the past). They were able to come out that same day (evening appt.) and replaced a few parts - fixed the problem. Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable. A big relief - since this happened the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you.

Our garage door was replaced with a new one today, and we are pleased we decided to use this company because of the excellence of the products and the professionalism of the technicians. Our old garage door had to be disassembled and removed, and the new one was installed along with a new motor, keypad, and controls. The men were fast, efficient, and thorough, and they left the area cleaner than it looked when they arrived! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Excellent service. They called first and came earlier than scheduled. It was tricky trying to diagnose the problem, but they were able to get my garage door opener to work. I am happy with their service and kind manner.

I will definetly reccommend Precision! Their customer service was awesome! You actually talk to real people not phone prompts. They called when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and they showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up like hadn't even been here. Most of all my door is beautiful and works great! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Door. I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. He ended up replacing both springs, the bearing plates, safety eyes and wiring. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. Thank you.
