Our garage door was replaced with a new one today, and we are pleased we decided to use this company because of the excellence of the products and the professionalism of the technicians. Our old garage door had to be disassembled and removed, and the new one was installed along with a new motor, keypad, and controls. The men were fast, efficient, and thorough, and they left the area cleaner than it looked when they arrived! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. Steven came out to our new house and helped me with our garage door remotes. He walked me through the process so I could reprogram it if need be. He was very helpful and explained things in an easy manner.

I was surprised at the estimate given to me by Steve Gatson. My original thought was the bill would only be roughly $250. I reached that thought by the information given to me by the person I originally spoke to. She told me that the house call was $69.99 and the most expensive spring was $179.00. Little did I know that I needed to have two springs replaced at $179.00 and all the bearings, bringing my bill to a total of $637.95! Very disappointing. But, the good news is that your serviceman Steve Gatson was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and very good at getting the jog done correctly. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.
