They aligned the door again, which jumped out of the rails and installed new springs in a very professional manner and in a short time. Job well done. I called the company that installed my door first and was told I would have to wait a couple days. I needed to get my car out of my garage today so I looked for another company and when I called Precision they said they would be there by 3pm and actually showed up at 2:30pm. The Sevicemen were very polite knew what they were doing and wasted no time completing the job. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member!!!!!

I would recommend Precision Garage doors. They had very prompt service and called ahead of time. The young man that came was so very nice and explain everything he did. He even changed a light bulb for us. I give them a five star.

It has been a pleasure to have met both Nick and Sedrick, the technicians who came to my home and made the necessary repairs to my garage door. For the most part I am satisfied. The workers were terrific, friendly, clean, efficient and explained everything. My two concerns are that the metal vertical supports on the inside of the door appear to be thinner and cheaper than on my old door, and the price was quite high. I was in a hurry to get it fixed but if you have the time I would highly recommend getting multiple estimates.

James, Thank you for your feedback. That is a very good question. Years ago the vertical supports in older doors were much heavier, depending upon the thickness of the steel. The vertical supports do not actually bear any weight of the door, they are there for structural integrity. Some manufacturers would put heavier supports to compensate for the thinner steel skins. The older more heavier vertical supports also put undo weight and stress on the door and springs, causing them to have a shorter life span. Our doors are a 25 gauge steel skin which keeps its structural integrity better on its own without adding additional weight of heavy supports.

I called for a garage door repair at 8:00am on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before noon! The service technician, Jason, was extremely friendly and explained the issue and the repair. He also walked me through different services I can have done in the future on the other garage doors if they have issues. The repair was done very fast! They did an excellent job!
