However, I was so pleased with the accommodating service from the receptionist, that I decided to use your company. I was totally impressed with Stu and Travis, the technicians. Because they possessed an incredible knowledge of their trade, they could manuever my crippled garage door and mangled metal supports into place. They were respectful and polite. I sincerely appreciated that Stu offered advice on replacing worn ball bearing rollers. He also explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait for a second visit. A cable snapped on my garage door on Sunday afternoon. I chose to call your company because of the 24 hour phone line. While making the appointment I indicated that I had to leave for work by 11am and would appreciate any accommodations to my schedule. Stu arrived at 9:15am and was finished at 10:30am. he was friendly and knowedgeable. i loked that he had everything he neededon his truck. no extra trips to increase the cost of the service. Service like this is rare and needs to be acknowledged.
