We are so happy we called Precision for our opener replacement. Every step of the process from scheduling to the service provided by your technician Bakari. I told him he should have his picture on his profile like the other techs because he was better looking than me!! We had him also redo the work of another company because the spring repair we had less than six months ago was so shoddy and unbalanced it's probably why our opener failed. Bakari explained all our options and there was absolutely no pressure or surprises. Our garage now runs smoothly and quietly. We will definitely have you guys do our door replacement in the Spring, and we will be asking that Bakari come for the estimate. Our service was not cheap, but the end result is far superior to the work of your competitor...I don't mention their name in writing because we don't believe in bashing businesses, but we will definitely send our friends your way and not to the other company. See you in the Spring.

I received superb service from your two technicians, who installed a new door opener. They arrived early while I was out. I was their last scheduled call on a bitterly cold evening, yet they waited patiently, showed me I could get by with just a new circuit board, and never pressured me to get a new opener once I realized my 20-year-old one wasn't likely to last. They worked efficiently, answering all my questions. Plus my garage was full of slush and these guys kept their sense of humor. I'd have paid twice as much for the same service if I'd accepted a deal from another company on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I didn't!

I am very pleased with the service I received for the garage door sensors. Both Mike's were extremely pleasant, courteous and prompt. Additionally, they took the time to explain the installation and show me what to do if I should incur a problem. I believe if I needed your service again, I would actually ask for them.

Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.

You certainly have great employees! The first gentleman here lacked the experiece with our particular door and was very honest about that. He knew who in the company did and set up an appt. for us. Work was completed this morning, promptly, and completely explained to me. It's hard to beat service that is so prompt, expertly done and explained. We are happy, happy. Thank you very much. I'm happy to recommend your firm. David Dorsey

I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about the "same day" pledge; but you know what? My skepticism was unfounded: Precision showed up on time. I was also a little skeptical about the service quality behind the attractive web design and spiffy service truck decor; but you know what? Precision's workmanship and professionalism surpassed their attractive website and spiffy service truck decor: very professional technician, customer service, and quality parts. Good Job Precision. You'll get my referral recommendation.

This was the best service call I've ever experienced for my house. To start, this company was a referral from a friend who was a very happy customer and now I am too. I called after a Holiday weekend and was able to get same day service. The website was great. The Technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but also taught me about the door and routine maintenance that I'll be able to do myself. Outstanding and well done job. These are the only people I'm ever calling again for garage door issues.
