A job well done. Stu was there on time, he gave me a quick break down on what he needed to do and suggested new rollers for the door. He was in and out in under an hour. The prices were a little higher than expected but there wasn't any high pressure sales and my broken spring was fixed quicker than expected.

Stu explained the repair and the cost involved to fix the old door, so we decided to purchase a new door rather than fix the old one. Tom came the next morning and the door was installed very professionally in a short amount of time. Tom explained the warranty, maintenance required, and made sure we had no other questions. We are very satsisfied with our experience with Precision Door. Nice Job guys!

We called later in the afternoon and the technician was here within 2 hours! He was very personable and easily addressed the problem. Just like the last group that was here to replace the garage door opener(on the other door), spoke in a language that we could understand. He did not try to oversell on something that did not need to be fixed, just found the problem and fixed it.

A quick Google search led me to the web site for Precision Door, which was a very well done web site. I liked what I read and called for on an appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Bakari was on time for the appointment, was very courteous, did an excellent job of repairing the door, and completely cleaned up after the job. I give Bakari a huge kudo!

Mike was the technician that replaced our broken tension spring. First thing...he was on time! (Not something I've come to expect when given a time frame window from most companies). Secondly, he was very professional - yet down to earth, he spoke with us on our level without talking over our heads regarding technical terms. Thirdly, he knew his stuff, explained everything as I asked questions about everything he was doing and why. He went over every detail and even went over general maintenance things to ensure we got the most life of our garage door opener. He was simply great, if I ever need anything fixed again I'll be requesting Mike...I suggest you do the same. Overall wonderful service in a timely fashion.

Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. From now on I will only call you folks if I am having garage door issues or need service. THANKS!!
