On Tuesday 24th October Mike G came to repair my garage coil spring. After checking the door Mike gave me my options and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any option, which I greatly appreciated. Mike was very courteous and answered all my questions then proceded to repair the door. I believe that Mike is an asset to your company and I will not hesitate to recommed Precision and Mike!

Stu Ellenberger was my assigned technician and he came out promptly, did a complete inspection and overhaul of my garage door, rollers, torsion spring, steel cabling, and gave my garage door opener a good inspection. After he completely replaced the rollers, cables, spring, the garage door opened so painlessly with my old garage door opener. I made the decision to also replace the old garage door opener with a new one that Precision Door carried, the Liftmaster with battery backup. You can barely hear the garage door open and close now. The new opener is great. Stu's technical skills are top-notch and his customer service is above reproach! I will definitely recommend Precision Door and Stu Ellenberger to any friends/family I know in the area that need this type of service.

Rob was out to replace the weather stripping at the bottom of the door. When he was here he did a 25 point inspection (included in the price of service call) and found that our opener needed a gear assembly replaced. There was no high pressure to have this work done today. He just gave us the facts so we could decide what to do. I appreciated this very much.

Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. I live now in a gated community. The property manager has refused to replace the garage door for 15 months. A few days a go the door became wedged and I had a difficult time closing it. I am confined in a wheelchair. In the past at three other homes I owned, Precision replaced the garage doors. Mike inspected, gave me a written safety/replacement cost report. Mike oiled the door and it was able to close it smoother than before. I told Mike I would give the report to management, to show the hazardous condition the door is in. Management four weeks ago replaced it with a new one. Mike G. was very knowledgeable and a real professional. He answered all my question, honestly.
