I called precision door openers because of a flyer that came in the mail. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection in a very timely manner. Pedro inspected the garage door unit, made recommendations and explained what my options where. He was very patient with my questions and very thorough with his explanations. He also recommended a lubricant that I should use every three months on the moving parts of the garage door opener. Pedro is an excellent representative for your company. You are lucky to have him as an employee. And because of him, I will definitely recommend your company to my family, friends & neighbors.

From the phone call at the end of the day on Friday, to the news they could arrive the following day was a big blessing because our car was inside the garage. I called in to schedule an appointment, was told there was an available opening from 4-6PM. Technician called letting me know he was actually available earlier than expected. The technician Joseph very professional and informative on the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He provided me with a price and a time line which he completed early. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient.
