I called precision door openers because of a flyer that came in the mail. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection in a very timely manner. Pedro inspected the garage door unit, made recommendations and explained what my options where. He was very patient with my questions and very thorough with his explanations. He also recommended a lubricant that I should use every three months on the moving parts of the garage door opener. Pedro is an excellent representative for your company. You are lucky to have him as an employee. And because of him, I will definitely recommend your company to my family, friends & neighbors.

From the phone call at the end of the day on Friday, to the news they could arrive the following day was a big blessing because our car was inside the garage. To the end of the service call when we were told the cost adjusted less and we would have a three year guarantee. My husband and I had used Precision in the past, after moving to our condo 10 years ago. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient. Yes I need a new garage door, but Pedro was professional, came early and explained everything I needed to know. He was there over an hour, didn't charge me and even taught me how to use my garage door manually until my new door comes in. He even gave me a vice grip to lock my door at night! Thank you Pedro!

Called late morning on a Friday to have the bottom threshold replaced. Our technician Derrick arrived as scheduled, installed the new threshold, lubricated the door and hauled away the old threshold. He’s serviced other homes in our community and we’re all very happy!

We used Precision many years ago when the spring broke on our very heavy garage door. This time when the spring broke we were lucky to have technician Kurt arrive within three hours of calling! Kurt assessed the door, its fittings, and the opener, gave us three options and had all the extensive work completed within two or so hours! Kurt is very, very good at his job, explaining options and instructions clearly, performing excellent repairs, and exhibiting a high level of patience when talking with me and my husband who isn’t easy to reach by phone. We had all of Kurt’s attention while he was here and I was surprised to find out that he had another job after ours, such was his patience and attention to detail. In the morning,I had been worried how to get my car out of the garage and how long we would be without garage access, but those worries were short-lived thanks to Kurt and Precision. The door broke at 11 in the morning and all was working wonderfully by 4:15. Very impressive! Thank you to Kurt and Precision!
