We used Precision many years ago when the spring broke on our very heavy garage door. This time when the spring broke we were lucky to have technician Kurt arrive within three hours of calling! Kurt assessed the door, its fittings, and the opener, gave us three options and had all the extensive work completed within two or so hours! Kurt is very, very good at his job, explaining options and instructions clearly, performing excellent repairs, and exhibiting a high level of patience when talking with me and my husband who isn’t easy to reach by phone. We had all of Kurt’s attention while he was here and I was surprised to find out that he had another job after ours, such was his patience and attention to detail. In the morning,I had been worried how to get my car out of the garage and how long we would be without garage access, but those worries were short-lived thanks to Kurt and Precision. The door broke at 11 in the morning and all was working wonderfully by 4:15. Very impressive! Thank you to Kurt and Precision!

We had 2 springs, a new motor, and general maintenance done on our garage door 9/13/22. We thought Joe did a good job doing the repairs needed. After he left, we noticed on our invoice that Genie model 2028 was installed, but we were charged for model 2128. Even though the "better" one was less expensive, it wasn't the one that was installed. We called your company and Joe came back to our house on 9/15/22. I asked him how it was possible for him to install the wrong motor. He said the wrong motor was in the box he opened. I believe he should have checked first that he had the correct motor before installing the wrong one. This has left us with a bad taste regarding your company. Your tv commercial says you are a company we can trust. I'm not sure that I could recommend you to anyone after the experience we had with Precision Door

Great service! The tech was polite and respectful. He told me the range of suggested repair/maintenance options. He was honest about what was needed and didn’t try to “upswell” me. As a senior citizen I really appreciated this. I would certainly use this company again.

Was happy with the technician who came to assess my door bottom seal replacement and pointed out some other issues to address. However I was disappointed that the seal I needed was not in stock and so he could not complete the order and will need to return at a later date when the seal is in stock. This despite the fact that ads emphasize the large parts inventory.

I called Precision on 92/2022 because my large garage door (18') would not open. Precision was open for calls early in the morning and I had a Precision sticker on my door. Derrick arrived very early in the time frame I was given. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We have only been at this location for 3 months and have had multiple issues with the 3 garage doors. The immediate problem was a broken spring. Derrick explained my options and proceeded to fix the large garage door. I explained the other issues with a smaller door and the problems setting remotes. Derrick showed great flexibility and resolve all my problems in this one trip. Derrick was a joy to work with and had the skills to handle all the issues.

Brian, Thank you so much for your quick response and the professional service! Garage door broke late Friday night so I called the office. Got help immediately and sheduled for the next morning between 8:00 and noon on Saturday. Derek showed up about 9:00 am and went to work. Talked to me about options and had a full inspection with honest answers. Derek was pure professional and a very likeable person. And... a seven year warranty! Called other companies but it was all autobot "see you on Monday". I know where my business is going now. Highly recommend these folks!

Technician was on time and listened to my needs. He was unable to advise on moving an existing garage door since you do not provide that service. He did advise that if I were to buy a new door, he would refer me to an installer. In looking at the door opener and setting up remotes, he indicated that it would not work and would recommend a replacement. Tech did not attempt to power up the opener and indicated that there would be no remotes that could be programmed. Again he recommended a replacement opener at a cost of @ $750. No work was performed and tech indicated he would send me a quote if i were to reconsider. Have not received a quote just a request for a review. Tech also indicated that there would be a service charge of @ $85 even though no work was performed. Replayed the phone call and there was no mention of a service charge. Selected a one star rating but review would not be sent unless I selected a higher rating

Derrick was very professional and helpful. He provided the advice that I needed to make a decision regarding my older garage door which had rusted out at the bottom. He first checked my door to see if he could find information left by the previous company who installed the door. No information was available, so he could not proceed with repair, but he gave a suggestion on what I needed to do to find current information about this model to see if the bottom panel could be matched. He also gave helpful ideas regarding how to avoid weather damage to the door during winter months.
