Tremendous service! Our opener failed and we had them come out the next morning. The tech (Kurt) examined the door and gave three options. He then did the repairs requested. He was friendly and efficient. I will call Precision again if we have any other problems.

I called Precision and within two hours technician Derrick Bozeman showed up. Very personable and professional. He explained clearly what work needed to be done and what condition the garage door was in. He completed the work in a timely fashion. I will use Precision for yearly maintenance and I hope Derrick Bozeman is the technician who shows up.

Received same day service which was prompt and courteous. Service technician, Derrick Bozeman, evaluated issue with door not closing and explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I had a roller wheel pop out of the track. I called Monday at days' end and was able to get scheduled for first thing the next day... thank you. Kurt Schneider was here the next morning as scheduled. Very courteous. Quickly assessed the problem and got that roller back where it belonged... thank you. Kurt was quickly describing your other services and things I should look out for based on my type of door. He pointed out a possible future failure point/item. He described the remedy and quoted a price. Kurt made the improvement, and I was satisfied with the results. The price was reasonable, and the work was spot-on. Thanks Precision and Kurt. Courteous, prompt and professional service. We called in with our concern about a broken cable and garage door that wouldn't open at 9:30 am, they were able to be here by noon, and had things evaluated and fixed within the hour. Great communication.

The young lad Precision Door sent to reengage my opener to the overhead door, solved that problem in about 2 minutes and showed me how to do it. He then proceeded to check out the entire system. When he discovered the cable on one side had a frayed strand he recommended replacing the entire system ASAP. In the process of checking out the entire system and writing,what I thought was an estimate (It actually turns out to be a contract I have to void before July 3 ,2022)He apparently threw the Safety light beam out of alignment. When I opened the door today,for the first time,it opened,BUT would Not Close. I want Precision Door to come back and correctly realign the Safety Light Beam to restore function to my existing system. I also plan to void the contract the repair man wrote,Before July 3,2022,and will seek estimates for Complete Replacement from other Companies. I will be gone until Thursday afternoon,June,23.Have someone call to make an appointment to realign The Safety Light Beam.

I was pleased that service was available the day I called. the technician came earlier than expected, identified the problem and fixed the opener. He left everything neatly finished. There was an issue with the laser lights which he replaced.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called at 4pm and before 5pm Pedro showed up and fixed it. He was great to work with and we were hugely impressed with him and the repairs.
