Jaden called to arrange an earlier start time than our original appointment. He then arrived promptly at the new time. He evaluated our electric garage door opener and diagnosed the problem we were having. He explained the problem thoroughly. He offered three levels of service with differing components and prices. He was able to fix the opener , including replacement of several parts within ten minutes. The service we received was timely, well explained and thorough. Jaden's demeanor was pleasant and professional as well.

Jaden was super knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. While this ended up being a bigger job than expected, I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and was not trying to oversell. I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Joseph Gaona, the technician who completed the repairs to my garage door. I was surprised that I could schedule an appointment on the day I called. Joe arrived when he said he would and gave me three options to choose from for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to choose the most expensive options, but rather the option that met my needs. The work was done in a timely fashion with explanations given for each repair. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

On one of the coldest days of the year the garage door (tension spring) decided to break. On referral from a friend I called Precision and was not disappointed. Called at noon and later the afternoon Pedro was here to fix the door. He explained everything and also what it would take to fix. He also explained the maintenance for a garage door ( had no clue that that was a thing) Good to know ! Roughly an hour later the job was done. I cannot say enough about Pedro. He called for the courtesy call and I hung up and said to my spouse, "That guy is super nice and professional." When Pedro got here, he was extremely knowledge, and as I expected by his demeanor, professional, caring, and put quality into his work...not just the garage part, but he really cares about the customers. He worked very quickly and explained all of the new features our opener had, and we were ecstatic! Pedro went way above and beyond in making sure we were cared for and just had a presence about him that you knew you were in really good hands. I even told him he was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. If I ever have more garage door needs, I will be requesting him by name, and if I have to wait for him, I will. I called Precision when one of springs broke on one of our garage doors. I spoke with a very friendly lady who scheduled someone to come out and look at it the same day. Eric, one of their technicians, came out to assess the problem and give us a quote. We decided since the doors are almost 19 years old and one of them was cracked to move forward with temporarily fixing the spring and replacing them. Eric was great and was able to fix the spring that day. He was detailed, professional and a pleasure to work with. We’re looking forward to working with Precious on the installation of our new doors when they come in. Kudos to Eric and the Precious team.

When our door broke, we looked up to find a repair company and yours was the one we chose! Got an appointment very quickly, and took it. The day of the appointment Kurt even called before and said he could come earlier...however, we couldn't. I called him when I got home and he showed up at the time he said he would be there. I was so impressed by the fact that it did not take long at all and it was finished! He did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the work he performed. We would recommend your company to anyone needing service on their garage door.

Before he arrived, Technician Joseph Gaona had done some preliminary work to read through what he had done during visits in previous years so that he was aware of potential issues. He was very thorough about checking on the status of the battery problem on the control as well as in the physical opener. He asked if previous repairs had resolved the issues. He replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, asked if I had any 60 W bulbs and if I wanted him to replace them while he had the opener open. It felt like we were well taken care of by his service.

I like that fact this company is owned and operated by veterans. The phone call to obtain information and see about booking an appointment was handled very professionally. They came on Sunday, (New Years Day), which was greatly appreciated, at no extra charge. Pedro our service tech, served 8 yrs. in the Army. Pedro arrived within the time frame I was given. After completing a thorough inspection of the door, I was given 3 options of repair, , which i liked. The repair was completed professionally and within the time frame I was given, The repair was explained, and I was given a cpl. maintenance suggestions, to help extend the life of the repair. We are completely satisfied, and Precision will be our first call if we need any service in the future.

The young man that came out to my house this morning was fantastic! He was very prompt and was eager to get things fixed. He did a great look over and then reported the issues. I did not have everything done that could've been, but he understood. He said it would take him about an hour and he was done in less and everything works wonderfully now. We were a no show at the specified time given to us. I called and was told we were put on a later alternate list. Unfortunately no one notified us and I wasted a day waiting. Poor office help might be suspected, but that's you're fault Brian ultimately. When we finally got our service done, Joe the technician was proficient and concise. Kudus there. Pricing is also an issue, checking later I feel that it was grossly unfair. I'm not happy and have good reason. My time is valuable too, but no one seemed to care...........
