I like that fact this company is owned and operated by veterans. The phone call to obtain information and see about booking an appointment was handled very professionally. They came on Sunday, (New Years Day), which was greatly appreciated, at no extra charge. Pedro our service tech, served 8 yrs. in the Army. Pedro arrived within the time frame I was given. After completing a thorough inspection of the door, I was given 3 options of repair, , which i liked. The repair was completed professionally and within the time frame I was given, The repair was explained, and I was given a cpl. maintenance suggestions, to help extend the life of the repair. We are completely satisfied, and Precision will be our first call if we need any service in the future.

The young man that came out to my house this morning was fantastic! He was very prompt and was eager to get things fixed. He did a great look over and then reported the issues. I did not have everything done that could've been, but he understood. He said it would take him about an hour and he was done in less and everything works wonderfully now. We were a no show at the specified time given to us. I called and was told we were put on a later alternate list. Unfortunately no one notified us and I wasted a day waiting. Poor office help might be suspected, but that's you're fault Brian ultimately. When we finally got our service done, Joe the technician was proficient and concise. Kudus there. Pricing is also an issue, checking later I feel that it was grossly unfair. I'm not happy and have good reason. My time is valuable too, but no one seemed to care...........

I called precision door openers because of a flyer that came in the mail. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection in a very timely manner. Pedro inspected the garage door unit, made recommendations and explained what my options where. He was very patient with my questions and very thorough with his explanations. He also recommended a lubricant that I should use every three months on the moving parts of the garage door opener. Pedro is an excellent representative for your company. You are lucky to have him as an employee. And because of him, I will definitely recommend your company to my family, friends & neighbors.

From the phone call at the end of the day on Friday, to the news they could arrive the following day was a big blessing because our car was inside the garage. To the end of the service call when we were told the cost adjusted less and we would have a three year guarantee. The women answering our call was professional yet personable and the man working hard on the door we feel was honest and we were not push into spending more than needed to get door working better than ever. Had great service in the past, why change? Pedro was excellent and very professional. Spring warrantee from a previous installation greatly reduced my bill. Warrantee was a great thing. Highly recommend signing up with Precision as you go to all things garage mechanics! Had my broken spring replaced and up and running within an hour.

Garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. Called and was able to get a technician to come out the next morning. The technician Joseph very professional and informative on the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He provided me with a price and a time line which he completed early. Was very happy with the service and work preformed. Would very much recommend Percision for any garage door repair

My husband and I had used Precision in the past, after moving to our condo 10 years ago. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient.
