A quick Google search led me to the web site for Precision Door, which was a very well done web site. I liked what I read and called for on an appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Bakari was on time for the appointment, was very courteous, did an excellent job of repairing the door, and completely cleaned up after the job. I give Bakari a huge kudo!

We unfortunately did not make our appointment as scheduled on Tuesday so I rescheduled it for Wednesday. Bakari showed up near 6 PM like promised. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away.

Mike was the technician that replaced our broken tension spring. First thing...he was on time! (Not something I've come to expect when given a time frame window from most companies). Secondly, he was very professional - yet down to earth, he spoke with us on our level without talking over our heads regarding technical terms. Thirdly, he knew his stuff, explained everything as I asked questions about everything he was doing and why. He went over every detail and even went over general maintenance things to ensure we got the most life of our garage door opener. He was simply great, if I ever need anything fixed again I'll be requesting Mike...I suggest you do the same. Overall wonderful service in a timely fashion.

Greetings. You arrived within an hour of calling. I work in a service oriented business and know what customer service should be like, so I can tell you that Mr. Hernandez was very professional and talked to my wife and I in an easy to understand manner about the service that was about to take place. Mr. Hernandez performed above what was expected, soon after he had left my home the garage door would not go all the way down. I called him right away and he was back to make the adjustment. He explained why it happened and I was satisfied with the explanation. All in all I was very pleased with the work that was performed and would use your company in the future.
