I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

The technician arrived on the scheduled time, identified the problem and told me what had to be done. He replaced a cable which had broken due to rust. He suggested both cables be replaced. I agreed. He was very professional and new his job well. He also showed me how to grease the door and suggested I do this couple times a year. Your email contact and background on the technicians is greatly appreciated - a real sign of customer care and service. I will definitely call again when I need service. Very satisfied customer.

Jim was professional and very thorough. He started by checking all the parts of the garage, not just the obvious broken spring which I called about. Before starting any repairs he showed me exactly what parts could be replaced and explained how they worked and why he was suggesting the repair. When he left, I had no doubt our garage was in tip top shape.
