I did not get a chance to meet Mike personally, but chatted with him over the phone regarding my needed repairs. He was a pleasure to work with - very knowledgable and gave me some good advice yet did not try to "upsell" me on things that I did not really need. (Please do not list my email address if you post this review!!)......your service technician not only repaired the broken spring on my garage door -- but he reconditioned all of the rollers, replacing the bracing, cables, etc.....the door works perfectly and quietly. I am extremely happy with his service and the guarantee you offer on this work! Happy that I called you to service the door!

Hi Folks, Just a simple note to express my amazement at the response and service I received the other day with the repair of my garage door springs. Mike Gonyo was the most courteous and proficient tech that I have ever encountered. The speed and perfection he demonstrated in the repair of my door was truly exceptional. I only wish that I had more garage doors to repair because I would surely request the return of Mike to accomplish the repair. In closing all I can say is "THANKY YOU" for the great service and response. PS - the door works better than when it was new!!!!!
