Jim was professional and very thorough. He started by checking all the parts of the garage, not just the obvious broken spring which I called about. Before starting any repairs he showed me exactly what parts could be replaced and explained how they worked and why he was suggesting the repair. When he left, I had no doubt our garage was in tip top shape.

Was pleasantly surprised that there was no "week-end surcharge". Would suggest an ad in Washington Co. "Yellow Pages" where I looked for assistance. Daughter "googled" week-end repairers for Wash.
