The service technition arrived midway through the 2 hour window. He was very professional and explained the repair completely and gave me an estimate. The springs and plate were repaired promptly. The spring broke on our garage door. When Chris arrived to survey the situation he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, as I had to keep calling my husband at work with details and questions. Because of the age of the door and it's parts we elected to replace the door and all its working parts. Chris was unable to do the install that day because the door had to come from another location. It is being installed early next week. But we were able to do all of the paperwork and everything ahead of time so that the install should be quick and painless.

We had used your services at another location in Madison about a year ago and was very impressed with the quality of work, service and professional manner as to which the technicians handled themselves. Today my problem was a broken spring. Stu inspected the door, spring and rollers. He was very professional and honest in explaining why the rollers should also be replaced because of their age and that too much stress was being put on the door. Stu's workmanship and pride in what he is doing came across very strong. I would recommend your services to anybody and if and when I ever need service again, we will call Precision.

The gentlemen who arrived here were great. They called when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. They were out to repair a broken cable , but walked us through the wear and tear of 17 year old garage doors. We had them overhaul both of the doors and with all that they replaced for us the doors are running much more smoothly and quieter. They also discussed with us some preventative maintainence we could do ourselves to help prolong the life of the doors. The best part of it all was the the bill was just as they had quoted us.-no add-ons or other surprises.

The technician that came to work on my door was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with some minor issues with the door, but soon realized that the garage door was not something he could fix. He let us know that we needed to have and industrial door repair man work on the door we have on our garage. He offered a no-charge for the visit since he was not able to fix the problem.
