Rob Larson was extremely helpful. He got the door repaired quickly on a cold blizzard day. He was knowledgable and explained my options well. I would certaily ask for him again if I need any more work done. The person who also answered the phone the day that I called was very nice and squeezed me in a busy day when I couldn't get my door up or down.

I was able to see that you service my brand of garage door opener and that you're registered with the Better Business Bureau. I also appreciated the fact that your ad listed the price for a service call. Your technician fully explained my options, his recommendations, and the price of each service. The work was very well done and quite prompt.

Prompt and courteous. Rob Larson & Patrick Raffel did a great job and were done in an hour. We just moved into this house in June. The garage door was an older model original that was put in when the house was built. Both technicians were kind and friendly.

Precision was listed as a local company in the Stoughton Home Town Yellow Pages. Door would not close in cold weather. By the time Precision got here it had warmed up and was working. We had worn bearing, rollers, mis-aligned frame, hard to manually close & open the door. Precision repaced bearings, most rollers, re-aligned the frame to the door by cutting out the drywall edge to accomplish this. They also adjusted the tension settings. Rob explained all that was going on, future problems with an under size motor for weight of the door and high force settings currently on the opener. I give them 5 stars on all for report card. Patrick Raffel was along in traning? with Rob. Professional appearance and work.
