Our house received a lightning strike that took both garage door openers out of commission, among other issues in the house. Precision responded to my phone call with a service call to the house the same day and then returned the following day. Ken was very easy to work with, on time, and did what he said he would do. Mike came out and assessed our garage door issues right away, we determined we needed a new garage door. Mike was very courteous and well informed, he has a wealth of knowledge regarding garage doors. The new door was installed 2 days later by Steve. He did a great job of looking over our door and garage opener to make sure they were fine when he replaced the spring. We chose Precision because of their 5 star rating. The door looks great and after two additional service calls the door is working properly. Our third and final technician took the time to properly program the operator. I give the 4 star rating because two of the service calls arrived late (3hrs and 1hr).

I clicked the four star response because Ken seemed really honest and sincere. Ken checked the opener and the garage door springs and made some adjustments on the opener that he said should help. He did note that the garage door springs were beginning to weaken but when I asked him if they should be replaced he said that he really could not make that call. Later when I read his comments on the safety checklist he recommended that the springs should be replaced. I wish he would have given me that response when I asked, because with that answer I definitely would have had them replaced. Instead I just paid him for a service call. Again, Ken is very amiable and seems like a very honest and sincere person. I just wish he would have recommended that I replace the Garage Door Springs while he was here. Jerry

Back in January I had a new garage door installed. At that time your advertising was the main reason I called you. This time I was having trouble with my garage door shutting completely. I thought it had something to do with the programming, but the wire coming to the eye was frayed causing shorts in the signal. Both times, the Service Technicians were informed, gave great explanations as to the problem, took time to educate me on how to avoid the problem, fix the problem myself or what to watch for, Performed the service needed in a timely manner and were very fair with the billing. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Our service technician was great. My wife said he was very polite and professional. We have used your service twice and would continue to do so. The only reccomendation I had to improve it was surrounding a Facebook coupon offer you have. We had liked you guys on Facebook to receive a $30 off coupon. I printed that coupon at work, but forgot to give it to my wife today. The technician was very polite but explained that without a printed version of that coupon, they could not honor it. I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the service we received during a recent door estimate with Bakari. He is a very nice man.

Service was wonderful. My car was trapped in my garage, and Bakari was able to come to my home quickly (ahead of the scheduled time!), and finished the necessary repairs (springs and cables) in under an hour. He was great - very professional. I'd have him come out to my home to do any future repairs. Excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of 90 dollars for cables and 380 for the springs. Pretty steep markup. All said and done, the cost of the repair was just under $500 for 45 minutes of work and a new set of cables and springs.
