I received superb service from your two technicians, who installed a new door opener. They arrived early while I was out. I was their last scheduled call on a bitterly cold evening, yet they waited patiently, showed me I could get by with just a new circuit board, and never pressured me to get a new opener once I realized my 20-year-old one wasn't likely to last. They worked efficiently, answering all my questions. Plus my garage was full of slush and these guys kept their sense of humor. I'd have paid twice as much for the same service if I'd accepted a deal from another company on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I didn't!

Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.

I appreciated the same day service and they were on schedule as told. The work was performed professionally and to my satisfication. The tech gave the suggestion that the whole hardware system, because of its age, would be a good idea to replace. It was a little more costly but, now it is guaranteed as long as I live in my home which is a load off my mind that this will not have to be a cost in the future.

I had made my appointment with Precision to repair broken springs, but I was also able to purchase new door openers, replace a bent piece of track and have the weather stripping replaced, all in one visit. Your two men arrived right within the appointment time and proceeded to analyze the problem. They repaired the binding on the door and the frame. I called for repair of a broken spring. A service tech was at our door within hours. The cost was several times what I had expected, and included new rollers which I agreed to but was not totally convinced we needed. After 2 months since the call I can say that the garage door operates better than new. As I write this it is -15 degrees outside and thanks to the new rollers the mechanism is completely noiseless, which it never was before. We are very satisfied with the work performed and definitely recommend Precision.

Bakari was great. He explained what he was going to do, let me know that he agreed with me that the garage door will need to be replaced. I already planned to do that this Spring. I will be calling in the Spring to get the door replaced and I will be asking for Bakari to do that replacement.

The person who came out to evaluate the garage door was efficient, personable dealing with customers who would have to put out $$$. The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.

The two technicians (Stu and Mike) arrived shortly after 10:00- perfect considering they were supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. They introduced themselves politely, quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate of total cost and completed the work within an hour.
