Mike took the time to explain what needed replacement and how it would be done. I am currently only in town for 3 days and called to see if someone could help with my garage door opener; an appointment for the same day was made. Mike, the technician called to tell me he could come even earlier than planned, he found the electronic eyes needed replacement and he replaced them promptly in below zero weather. The technician was extraordinary; did an outstanding job and demonstrated excellent customer service. Thanks for your help.

I needed a broken spring replaced & as it turned out center & end bearing plates. Mike was very professional, friendly, courteous & explained things well, both initially and when he found out the end bearing plates were bad. Called at 8:30pm, and I had an appointment for the morning. Technician Mike Zahn was great, very professional, he showed me what he had discovered when he started taking the garage door hardware apart. Such as the damage that was being done from bad bearings, pulley issues and also what would/could cause future problems. I then decided to get your Torsion Package with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely if possible ask for Mike Zahn again and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

In November we had our garage door fixed through your services and were satisfied. When this new problem occured we naturally thought of you. It was a bitter cold day and the young man who got out to us about 6:00 pm that evening. I knew he already had a full day of repair work under nasty conditions. He was just great! He found the problem promptly and was pleasant and informative to us throughout the process of repair. We are very satisfied.

The gentleman arrived and checked the door over even though it worked when he got there (of course I had not opened it for 3 days) he checked it over and told me I needed new rollers and explained why, the old ones were made of plastic and the metal rails would freeze and so would the rollers. He gave me the cost said he would have it fixed in 30 minutes and he did. The door opens and is so quiet now, he asked me why I called them, My neighbor had given me there name as he had used this company before. He said to be sure to call if I needed any thing else. Great job.

We had our garage door fixed twice this past summer by another company out of Cross Plains and it never worked right. So, I just looked in the Home Pages in the Sun Prairie directory and saw Precision's big add with a $20 off coupon.

I was dissatisfied with the delivery of service. The window was from 10-12 we rearranged an appointment and waited the morning. The technician called arount 2PM stating he was running late and would be there in a half hour. We understand schedules are sometimes unpredictable but when he knew he was not going to make it by 12 we should have recieved a phone call to let us know this.......This was a return call as the opener needed to be reset from the day before-- Other than this we were satisfied with the price, knowledge and workmanship from the technician the day before---the second day was a different technician...... The day before I was impressed that the technician called after being notified that the problem was completely fixed. This is the type of service I appreciate. Thank you, Joy Ninedorf

Mike called and indicated he was on the way, as promised. He arrived promptly - was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to chat with. He noticed the broken spring right away & gave the estimated cost; he replaced the springs and then suggested some other items - he explained the what & why of what he recommended. I felt totally comfortable after his explanation, and understood what he was doing. A completely satisfied customer. Precision is tops - highly recommend them.

Hi, Precision is wonderful! I had to have a new door installed. I think Mike Gonyo came to see what kind of door I needed. He was on time and very nice and thorough. On the day I was to have my garage door installed, I believe it was 20 or 25 below. I had talked to Karen, who makes the appointments,(who was very nice) because I was concerned about the weather and if I should change the appointment. She said that they rarely cancel appointments. She was right - the technician, Steve Stamper, came on time to install the door when it was 25 below zero. He was very nice, came on time, and installed the door within 2 and a half hours when it was 25 below. He was also very thorough and explained everything to me so I could understand it. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needed a garage door, repairs, etc.!

We appreciated the excellent service. They arrived in a timely manner (early) and advised us on the need to replace the garage door. The appointment for replacement was set up quickly, and installation will be next week. Stu and Mike were friendly and professional.
