Colin did a great job. He was very professional and explained things well. Very prompt and he did a complete inspection and finished the job in less than 2 hours. Excellent service. I would definitely use them again and will refer my friends to your company.

Phone reps were very professional and helpful to answer my questions. Jake the tech was very professional and got the job done right! However, beware of pricing and knowing upfront what they're charging as it got a little skewed in the end as far as total, using coupons and the work that was actually performed etc. There was no maintenance done as charged for. In checking around with other Garage Door Servicing companies i realized that Precision is way higher priced than others. For example charging $20 per roller replacement vs. $5-$10, twice as much for a keypad, labor etc.

I had a great experience with Precision-easy scheduling with confirmation, and they were even able to show up a little early. Kurt Schneider was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and was able to figure out what was wrong very quickly. I would definitely use their services again.

In short, nothing short of excellent service. I had never heard of this business until my garage door work and then found out it is a franchised chain. A bracket holding together the panels cracked and ripped though. This cause half the door to come down all cattywampus and it got stuck good. I couldn't budget it nor to much of anything else with it. These guys came out within a day and after about 4 hours and some new parts (bracket, cables, etc.) my garage door worked better than it ever has. It is now a fine tuned machine.

I called on Wednesday of this week and had an appointment locked in right away for Friday. Our technician called promptly at 8, as promised, and gave an ETA of 30 minutes. He was right on time. Smart and courteous! Jacob was done by noon, presented a very reasonable bill considering the amount of work to be done. We are extremely pleased with Precision Doors and will call again when we have garage door needs.

I am sorry I didn't take care of this sooner. We needed someone to service our two garage doors. It was at least five years ago that we had someone service our garage doors. I would give your technician an A plus for the work he did and for his explanations of the benefits from the work he did. I would definitely ask him and your company to do that work again.

The young man who came to my house called ahead as he said he would when we made the appointment. We were told the appointment would be in the 8-12 window, and he called about 8:15. Our garage door died on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. We called on Monday morning and the repair was done before noon. Joe, the technician called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived just as he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the situation and we were back in business before noon. We couldn't be happier. Should we need garage door repair in the future, We'll call Precision first.
