Steve was very professional and was on time and quickly introduced himself. Both of my springs and the both cables were broken and Steve had the job done within an hour. After coming home from vacation with my classic car and finding the garage would not open, I was very concerned that the car would spend days outside. Stu & Steve came today. They diagnosed the problem quickly and spoke to me about various issues I could have with my opener in the future (including using energy saving bulbs in the garage causing damage to the wall control). The door did not act up as it had for me but they were polite and gracious about it. They replaced the worn rollers which Steve & Stu had told me about in January. They did it quickly/efficiently. The tightened up a loose fittings they saw eliminating a possible future problem. They also showed me how the emergency latch works.

All I can say is WOW. We found out our spring was broken at 7:35am. I found this company thru a Google search at 8:30am and they showed up at my house and had the door fixed by 10:30am. Rarely does this level of service exist with contractors. Also, we had all our rollers upgraded to nylon and two new springs and new bearings put in. I didn't realize how loud our door was until now. It's now whisper quite and ultra smooth. I highly recommend using Precision and we'll surely keep their contact info for future needs.

Excellent service. We noticed at the time of install the wall mount kit may have a defective LCD display near the bottom of the screen. I'm waiting till the unit is fully charged to see if anything changes. Ends up that everything was fine. I would recommend your organization to others.

Great service!! Same day weekend service(within a few hours of my call)is fabulous!!! The guys secured wheel/pin quickly after it flew off (luckily no damage to my car or myself). Also tightend the rest of the door, explained every aspect of garage door info & maintanance. I have an old old door but if/when I need a new one, you'll be the one I call. Called on a Sat at 2pm, they said a technician would be here between 6-8 pm and Mike Gonyo was here by 6:30 pm. He came to fix a broken spring and then pointed out that one of our cables was rusted and would likely break in about a year or 2. He showed us the problem and we had him swap out 2 new stainless steel cables in addition to the springs. He walked me through proper maintainence and added some low temp grease to the door opener screw drive. WOW! It is so much quieter! Mike was fast yet thorough. I highly recommend Precision!!

Service was wonderful. My car was trapped in my garage, and Bakari was able to come to my home quickly (ahead of the scheduled time!), and finished the necessary repairs (springs and cables) in under an hour. He was great - very professional. I'd have him come out to my home to do any future repairs. Excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of 90 dollars for cables and 380 for the springs. Pretty steep markup. All said and done, the cost of the repair was just under $500 for 45 minutes of work and a new set of cables and springs.

I found precision on a google search. They were able to come the same day, which was wonderful because the spring broke on my garage door and it wouldn't open at all - fortunately my car was already out when it happened! The technician was very friendly, had all the parts I needed were right on his truck, and he was done in no time. If I ever have problems again, Precision is who I'll call!

I called for a broken spring on my garage door. When Jim {the tech} checked the garage door he noticed the door buckled when the door hit the floor. He suggested it would be best to replace the door now rather than later. Jim found the door that will match the other doors in the condo complex. Very impressed. I told several people in our condo complex about the great service I received.

I wonder why the next day when I tried to close the door and it stop and went back up. Again in the afternoon tried to close the door and it did go down. Still wonder what happened the first time that it would not close. Praying it will not happen again. It was a very costly repair.
