Your service technician (Jezrel White) was very thorough in fixing my garage door. He pointed out the worn and rusted hardware, and I agreed that those parts should be replaced. He replaced the broken spring that was the main cause of the garage door malfunction. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors who have garage door problems.

Jezrel definitely seems to know what he is doing. He is a very nice person as well. To start, a small cable on the side of the garage door had rusted through and the garage door was not closing. They have a trip charge to come look at it for $69. I have had the garage door for over 12 years and it was installed in the house long before that. I know the cost of the cable is very minimal, but like a lot of things, repairs need to be done. In order to do this the springs have to be unwound and both cables on each side have to be replaced along with some rusted hinges. As the springs were at least 12 years old they are also likely to break. To do the cable work with the trip charge, it was going to be about $350, but if the springs broke later it will cost me another $300 or so. So I asked him what's the most I could spend? Their "package" is $799 to fix everything and you get a Lifetime Warranty. I decided to just do it all now and I should be good for quite a while. It took about 1.5 hours and the door looks and works very nice. While I didn't want to spend that much, again it's a necessity. Got to be able to open the garage door. It used to have some gaps but alot of that has been squared away and it is working great.

I wish to praise a worker of yours by the name of Mr. Jezrel White, who works out of the Madison, WI area. He has been to my home twice in the last 6 months to (1) install a new LiftMaster opener and (2) to repair a broken spring on my garage door. This gentleman is a hard worker, so very polite, courteous and respectful! I cannot say enough good things about this young gentleman, except that this company is so very fortunate to have him on the payroll!

We were so impressed with our service technician..his manner, his knowledge, his friendliness. He explained everything to a T....did the repair but explained that since it is 23 years old may not be the solution. ...but the warranty covered us for 90 Days and if we need a new one they would credit us. Would call them back in a heartbeat.

Great to do business with this company. A human answered the phone forthwith, pulled up my info from my previous transaction immediately, and gave me an appointment for a tech to come out and fix the present problem the same day. They post pics of the techs online and sent me an email with that info, so I could be sure the guy who showed up is legit. The tech called me and said he could come 2 hours EARLIER than the appointment, and asked it that would be OK. Sure it was! He came, and was great. I had to have the motor replaced on my garage door opener. He explained options in detail, and did the work without delay. Explained everything. I am completely happy with both of the encounters I have had with this company, first in Oct 2014 (complete track replacement), and this time as well, March 2016. I highly recommend this company.

No complaints! Called 11AM and repairman was here about 4:30PM. Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Technician, Jezrel White, did a wonderful job. Door is very quiet now. Happy with the warranty also. New to area and had received an envelope yesterday with coupons. I knew that often there was a coupon for garage door repair so I looked and this is how we found Precision. Did not bother to compare prices as we needed this fixed quickly and they were available. Once technician was here we asked about adding a keypad and that was also taken care of. Would highly recommend both Precision and Jezrel.

I found the full page ad in the Yellow Pages. By the way, if you mention you saw the ad you get $20 off your bill. This company knows how to communicate. There was an e-mail before and after the visit. I even got to see a photo and read a bio of Jezrel before he arrived. We were greeted by his beautiful smile, followed by his good service. He was kind and considerate and explained what he did.

Mike Faust was punctual, fast and prepared. He arrived at our house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed our garage door broken spring problem. He carefully answered all my questions and had with him all the parts and tools to immediately make the repair--springs, rollers, cables, 16' shaft and brackets. In less than an hour he had completely removed the old parts and installed the new. He was a professional in every way and I couldn't be more impressed with his quality workmanship.

Precision tries to provide same day service when possible. That was the case today. I called at 3:30 pm and the technician was at my door by 5:00 pm. (I live just west of Madison, WI.) That is just awesome! I've worked with two of their technicians. Both were so knowledgable, professional and responsive that it's simply a pleasure to do business with them. Billing and payment are done on site with a very efficient electronic process. I don't give 5 stars very often, but they deserve every one. Highly recommended!

I called Precision on a Thursday to schedule repair of a broken spring. They had a technician(Jezrel) out the next evening. I can't say enough good things about Jezrel. His professionalism, personality and general courtesy is top notch. He inspected our door and then walked us thru three options for repair. He did not pressure us into any decision and was very thorough in explaining everything to me making sure to ask if I had any other questions along the way. He was at our home a little over an hour and the door was working awesome. he took the time to educate me and show me how to maintain the cable and rollers too.

I was very satisfied with Mike's professionalism, his ability to define proactively issues that might be forthcoming, and his mechanical expertise. Originally I thought I only needed one spring replaced. After speaking with Mike, and answering his questions, I became confined with the age of the opener to replace the brackets, springs, etc. and obtain the lifetime warranty. I live in a condominium association and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
