I was really pleased with the quickness of the service. My garage door was rusted almost completely through and I was afraid it would collapse. They came out quickly, assessed my door, gave me an estimate with 3 cost options and fixed door within a couple of hours. Pedro was courteous informative and answered all my questions and told me how to do quarterly maintenance. I would definitely use them again.

Precision has done work a year ago to fix a broken spring. In addition to replacing the pulley and rollers. The work they did was fantastic so why not call them again to fix our old 14 year old garage door opener. As expected, white glove service from our technician Kurt. So polite and professional. He installed a Masterlift belt drive with all the bells and whistles. Kurt was kind enough to set-up everything on the mobile app and how to use it after the installation. He was so patient and very helpful. Did I mention that he checked for balance of our garage door prior to installation. It needed a few tweaks with no extra charge. I highly recommend this company!

We turned our garage door care over to Precision in 2015 and have called on them every year since for maintenance as may be necessary and annual inspection/prevention care. We can't say enough good things about this company, its ownership, an their technicians; the office staff who handle our calls, do the scheduling, and answer our questions are also "top-notch"! Service providers arrive when they say they will; get right to work, explain everything, and are always open to questions. When repairs have been necessary, that work is done expertly and never requires follow-up care. If you want the best, including reason cost, Precision is your answer!

I have been watching your Ad during the channel 15 news each morning as I get ready for work. I finally decided to give you a call. Setting up the appointment was easy and fast. There was a time slot for the very next day. That didn’t work for me due to work. I was able to schedule for a time that worked for me. Kurt arrived on time for the appointment. Very friendly and personable. He asked me my concerns and listened. I was provided a good, better, best option. Told me it would take about an hour but, he finished slightly ahead of time. My garage door sounds better today than the day I bought my house new. I could not be happier. Kurt was great to work with. Local businesses could use more Kurt’s. I absolutely pleased with service and repair. So happy I called.

I was referred by a family member who used Precision. I purchased a new opener separately and needed installation. Everything about the service was great from the initial contact through completed installation. Joe was our installer. Simply terrific. He did a thorough inspection and noticed several other parts that needed replacement or maintenance. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. After he completed the work he showed me what he had done and also thoroughly explained the operations. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

I gave them 5 stars just after the the tech left because it seemed to be working. He switched the sensors from side to side, that didn't work so he ran one new wire and it worked but by that time the sun was alittle higher and hit the door at a different angle and thats why it was working. To the tecks credit he said it was a possibility that the sensor was bad. He also changed out the roller bearings on both doors at in my opion a very high price. I should have asked the price before I had him do it, that is my fault. it turns out the next day when the sun light hit the door didn't work so I called precision and told them the operator didn't offer to send someone out at no charge (other than parts) to fix the problem so I went to HD, got the sensors for $35 (not the $250 he estimated) used the old wiring and it's been working ever since. I'm giving them a 3 star because of the teck not the pricing.

Sorry to say that the service I received was far below my expectations. Tech person was not sure what was wrong and after some thought figured that the existing springs (unbroken) we too weak to lift the door. The door did not go down either. So I let him change out the springs to at the cost of just below $600. We tried the door it operated well. Not the end of the story. Just a few minutes later I moved my vehicle back into the open garage and the door would not go down at all. Just a dull grinding noise. The installer could not be even a mile away so I called. Got another appointment for4 days later. Today he came back ready to sell me an expensive door motor but had no explanation of why it was needed now with the new springs. His prices would have been between $1100 and $800 dollars! No discount for making up for the springs I maybe did not need. I did check the cost of opener motors in the days since his last stop. Found name brand motors (with more HP) for between $250 and $350. Did not look too difficult on UTube to install. So I message is...catchy and frequent advertising but just unable to deliver all that was promised. I will use these exact words in every future conversation I might have with others so they take their business elsewhere. If you have found this review on line, heed my warning and go elsewhere.

Precision Garage Doors was wonderful to deal with and made everything so easy and convenient for me. Kurt came out and replaced my opener and installed safety sensors in less than an hour. He was so nice and explained everything that needed to be done, answered my questions and showed me how to use the new equipment. I couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer. I will certainly call Precision again if I need help with my garage door.
