Brian cam early after calling. He fixed the door and pointed a broken spring. He was fair in allowing the use of a website coupon that was on the phone order. He explained how to maintain the door. He allowed me time to check his work througuhly. He was very polite and efficient. They fixed the door after I called them at 9:30p.m. at night. He was honest about what would happen if the springs were not fixed. Great job, 5 five start rating for promptness, honesty, efficeincy, good cleanup after the job, and patience,.

He was prompt, provided clear, specific and proactive communication and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was installed correctly and safely. He was professional and left the site clean and tidy. We had a particularly tough situation as our old, heavy door had come off the hinges and another company left it collapsed and inside out. Brandon immediately assessed the situation and figured out what he had to do in order to get the job done with a positive attitude. Nick was great to work with - very pleasant, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Precison was the second company we got a quote from but based on how professional they were, responsive, timely, and knowledgeable we went with them. In one week our door was ready for installation and they did it in 3 hours. Great service! Would recommend to anyone.

The cable on our large double garage door broke Sunday afternoon, trapping 2 of our cars in the garage, as the door was askew and we couldn't even lift it manually. I called Precision right away, and was answered by a live person (not an answering machine!) who immediately scheduled us for a service call between 10 am and noon the very next day. The 2 technicians arrived as scheduled, and had the door repaired and working, and much quieter than it had been, in a short time. They accepted my coupon to cover the trip charge, and the remaining bill was $275, which I thought was very reasonable, as the door is very heavy and has the heavy-duty type of springs--a challenging job. The technicians were friendly and professional, and they did a great job! I will always call Precision for all my garage door services.
