Precision Door Service is great! I called in with an issue at 10PM and they were out the next day at 8AM. It was diagnosed and fixed promptly. The technician was super friendly and explained what happened and what was needed to me. He gave me 3 options so I could be within my budget. I have recommend them to a couple people and will continue to do so.

Tad expensive. 2 springs replaced and two bearings cost $497.00. That being said I’m not sure if it’s expensive just seems expensive for two springs and an hour of work. Besides that I can’t complain (not that I am anyway) I called at 6am and they were there by 8:30 am (same day) and had it fixed by 9:00am seems to work great and my wife said the technician was ver Polite and professional. Door works just fine. So if I’m wrong on it seeming a tad expensive and that the going price then I definitely give the highest marks. If it is expensive then that would be the only deduction I had. If price is on point then I definitely recommend them.

I called at 11:30a.m. And they were here by noon. The technicians were polite and explained everything about what happened to our garage door opener. They replaced the unit and fixed what needed fixing within an hour. I was extremely happy with their service.

Kurt did a great job inspecting our problem door opener and offering options for repair! We selected a new opener and he installed it quickly, even adding stronger brackets for support, as our 90's brackets were pretty wimpy. Great experience, and highly recommended!

A cable broke when closing the door leaving for work in the morning. Call Precision Door as soon as I got into work (they have done work for us in the past). They were able to come out that same day (evening appt.) and replaced a few parts - fixed the problem. Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable. The spring broke on our garage door. I placed a call and they sent someone out same day and repaired it within a half hour of arriving. When we had the springs, rollers & cables replaced 7 years ago, we purchased a liftetime warranty but didn't have it on file. The tecnician checked in their system and informed us that we would be covered under our lifetime warrantee plan. I'm very pleased with their customer service: professional, competent, friendly!

I chose Precision Door due to the positive comments on your website and your A+ rating from the BBB. I was in need of a garage door repair. You were prompt and able to visit my property the same day. I found the serviceman, Alex, to be knowledgeable and honest. He ended up replacing my opener and the seeing eyes. He explained things and talked about what I might expect in the future due to the age of the door and other components. The only negative comment would be regarding my initial call to request an appointment. During the conversation, I asked what the trip charge was and it was stated that it's $69.95. There was no mention at that time of the $15 fuel/environment charge. This should be made clear up front by the person answering the phone. OR just change your trip charge! I will likely use you again because Alex was great!
