Kurt was able to come the next morning after we called. He was prompt and very courteous. He did an excellent job explaining the security of the garage door system, and how best to protect ourselves against intruders. We were very pleased with his help, technical knowledge and prompt service. He also explained garage door maintenance, and what we should do to maintain it in the years to come.

Just shy of one year with my new door. Everything is excellent regarding fit and operation. Frank and Joe did an exceptional job on an extremely hot and humid day. Since then, I had to have Joe readjust my closing sensors. Joe showed me what to watch for and how to adjust the sensors so they are in alignment. Took 15 minutes to adjust and show me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Frank, Joe, and Curt are an exceptional group of dedicated installers who strive to give you complete satisfaction. I highly recommend their services. Wayne

Very professional. I made Kurt aware of a new issue brought to my attention by my brother-in-law and had the potential to be very dangerous if not corrected. Kurt checked over entire set up on both garage doors, let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Had everything fixed and back in good working order in under an hour. Very satisifed.

Our Service Rep Kurt Schneider listened well to my walkthrough of my prior door opener install challenges that were overcome and our current problem with programming the new unit. He confirmed the install was OK and checked and adjusted a couple wiring hookups and then redid the limits programming to solve the run problem effectively. Kurt finished up programing our keypad and 3 remotes and all functions are now working perfectly. Great job to solve all issues, confirm we are good going forward and all done in 1 hour on site. Thanks Kurt.!.!

Kurt was very knowledgable and thorough, walked us through the areas of concern, and discussed options, his recommendations, and the pricing. Due to an issue on our part, he couldn't finish the job in one visit, but then made sure they could adjust their scheduling and put us first on his list the next morning. I’m a bit late writing this review. On 2/14/21 during a snowstorm Derrick came out and took care of my garage door which was not closing correctly. He identified the issue made the needed repairs and had my door working perfectly. Great company to work with.

After our garage door spring broke and our car was trapped in the garage, we called Precision (office staff friendly and helpful) and they responded the same day. Our technician Kurt was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and presented us with options. The repair was done quickly and we were completely satisfied. Called @ 9:00 this morning and had a service tech here by 11:00. He thoroughly explained our options and replaced a broken spring and aged bearing. Courteous throughout and completed the job in just about an hour. Excellent service!

Our garage door opener quit working on Friday night, I called Precision door Saturday morning and they were at our house Saturday afternoon evaluating what we needed. The job would’ve been done that day, but I added an exterior lock release to our old garage door, Derick recommended Kurt come back out on Monday morning to install it, since he had more expertise installing exterior release locks. As of 10:30 am Monday the job is done and Kurt was a delight to work with???? Would recommend precision door to anyone!
