Our garage door stopped working with our cars outside of garage. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Joe diagnosed it was the belt drive. We had a new Garage Door Opener in 2 hours. A nice quiet one with wifi. Our old Garage opener installed by Precision was closing in on 15 years old. Now our cars can be 4 houses away and opens with a press of a button. Thanks Precision!

Had a coupon in a local Madison flyer. Had your guy here on 4/29 and he did an estimate which came in at over $1,400 and I couldn’t believe that! The next quote was over $1,000 and I said no way, I’m going to have to get other companies in here for estimates. Then the figure came down to $839.00 after discount coupon. On Sunday, May 2, we now have a pronounced squeaking/squealing when opening and closing our garage door! We expect that for over $800.00 we will have a smoothly running door. My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge.
