i got your number from a business card a co-worker gave me. Chris had stopped to help her when all others were passing by. He would not even accept payment for his time that day. kindness is so rare these days. real people answer the phones and your service was top notch. i will continue to recommend anyone to you.

To whom it my concern: I just wanted to write a note on how I am completely satisfied with my garage door. Your tech. was a focal point in my choice to go with your company. He was a great help in picking out the door and his workmanship is second to none. We get compliments on how great the garage looks and the door is just great. We also purchased the lifetime warranty, that I'm sure we won't use due to the workmanship. If my needs every come again, I would not hesitate to call your company for service and complete satisfaction. Thank you.

Dear Precision, I am writing this letter to tell you the excellent experience I had with your company. Originally I was calling for a quote. However, I was so pleased with the accommodating service from the receptionist, that I decided to use your company. I was totally impressed with Stu and Travis, the technicians. Because they possessed an incredible knowledge of their trade, they could manuever my crippled garage door and mangled metal supports into place. They were respectful and polite. I sincerely appreciated that Stu offered advice on replacing worn ball bearing rollers. He also explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait for a second visit. Because your technicians were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient we will use your company for any further needs and recommend you to friends. Thank you for providing this quality service.

A cable snapped on my garage door on Sunday afternoon. I chose to call your company because of the 24 hour phone line. While making the appointment I indicated that I had to leave for work by 11am and would appreciate any accommodations to my schedule. Stu arrived at 9:15am and was finished at 10:30am. he was friendly and knowedgeable. i loked that he had everything he neededon his truck. no extra trips to increase the cost of the service. Service like this is rare and needs to be acknowledged.

My overhead garage door opener decided to stop working. I called your company and someone came out on a holiday no less to look at it. He was on time, honest and told me he may be able to fix the existing opener by replacing a sensor. When that did not take care of the problem, I asked that he replace the whole thing. He did an excellent job and did not charge anything extra for a holiday or for the work that he thought may fix the problem. I later recommended your company to my mother who was having an issue with her door opener as well. The service technician who came to look at her door was able to resolve the issue quickly and did not even charge her since it was just an adjustment. She ended up replacing the opener with your company eventually since hers was extremely old. Thank you for providing such great customer service!!! It is so rare to see this now. I will definately recommend you to friends and family. Keep doing what you're doing.
