Broken Spring service was very prompt and the work appears to be well-done. Serviceman explained the problems and solutions clearly. I took one star off for cost. Seemed a little high, and serviceman up-sold some additional part replacements. But I think they were necessary. And when you need something done fast, cost is not likely to be low. If the repairs hold up and the work is good, I definitely would use Precision again.

5 stars! Mike came out to check the opener as l was having problems with it at one time. Of course it didn't act up for the service tech. He did a few little adjustments and told me if it started again, to call. He explained the bill to me and about the charge being taken off if l called again within 30 days. Very nice tech and told me everything about possible problems and solutions. Thanks!

5 Stars is my rating. I had a great experience with your company. This is the second time I have used your company. Krissy was great on the phone when I first called to set up the appointment, and Mike Zahn was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. It ended up being a simple fix of replacing my two plastic light sockets that were "fried" from constant use and jiggling on my overhead unit for the door I use most. Mike was in and out quickly. I would highly recommend your company.

I called Precision for service after finding them online. They offered same day repair 24/7. A real person answered my call and noted my problem. She gave me the name of the technician who would come and the 2-hour time frame for his arrival later that day. Steve arrived right on time, was polite and friendly, and offered solutions to problems with my opener. A repair was done at reasonable cost and a receipt and service analysis sent to my e-mail address. I was very pleased with this service.

I am satisfied with the work performed. However, I paid $563 to have two springs replaced. It seemed very high so I did some research afterwards and found that the cost ranged from $185 - $250. I wish I would have done my research ahead of time so that is my fault. Mike was very professional and did complete the job very quickly. In the past I have had good experience using home advisors....this is not one of them.
Thank you for your feedback. In regards to doing your research on springs....do the springs have the same life span?.....do they have the same guarantee?.....do the prices include installation? Please consider all of these when determining if the price is fair and reasonable. All products are not the same.
