WOW!!! Can't say enough what an awesome job Joe did repairing our garage door. He carefully inspected the door and made expert recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what didn't and explained why. He did an excellent job installing a new garage door system and replacing the worn component on the door itself. He was efficient with his time and left the job site in a clean condition. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions thoughtfully and at an appropriate level. I am very happy with the end product/result. Our "tech", Rob, showed up when he said he would, installed five garage doors in the time he said it would take him and did so professionally. Rob knows what he is doing and does a great job. Our neighbors and we are quite happy with our new doors.

Found you in the yellow pages after a cable broke on my garage door, like the fact that you listed the flat amount charged for the service call. It was very easy to call and schedule my appointment and was told my Service Technician's name. I also liked receiving the e-mail confirmation. Rob Larson was very courteous and professional. He described/explained all of my options. He replaced pretty much all of the moving parts except the garage door. My garage door opener had seen better days; it was nice he had one on hand to install. I highly recommend Precision!

This was a needed "return" call on May 16, since the garage door mechanism was originally repaired on April 18. I called at 9 am, an appt.was quickly made at Dane County number, for 12 noon to 2. Joe and Rob showed up right on 12, and had the door working by 12:30 (electrical connection). Great service!

My technician was Joe and he was an expert troubleshooter and resolved the problems with both garage door in a short time. The technician showed up at the house within a couple hours of the call to Precision- outstanding turn around.

Rob and Joe did a great job. They replaced cables, rollers and end bearings. They didn't try to oversell me anything that was not needed. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Very impressed with both of them. My only negative is that I thought the price was high. The initial $ trip fee and the markup on the parts seemed a bit much...$/roller and $/ end bearing. However, I was in a real bind with my cars trapped in the garage and Precision was able to come out with 2.5 hours after I called where other repair places could not so I was happy overall. I would use Precision again if they bring their cost for parts to a 50% markup.

It is my fault I don't remember who came, I just know he had an accident with a deer. I had another person came out and they realized I had an old fixture and would have to come the next day. When evaluated it was realized that it would continue to break since it was an old setup and the door was heavy for our setup. I had recently lost my husband so it was helpful to get this fixed forever and not have to deal with it again. Thanks

During my working career in management over 30 years, i devoted a great deal of time and training to constantly improve the personal contact with the customer. i consider my recent experience with Rob and Precision Door to be a textbook example of how it should be done. Rob arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. He patiently explained the issue and solutions. i asked a lot of questions and he allowed me to make my own decision on how to proceed. He went out of his way to see to the little details and extras. rob was neat and professional. he took pride in his work. Furthermore, not a scrap of paper or screw was left on the worksite when he was done. I am not prone to writing praise letters and in fact i tend to be critical, however, this was such a unique experience that i needed to share it with management
