Bakari did an excellent job. He began with a complete inspection of the door and pointed out other components that had already failed, or were about to. Sure this gets them more business, but it is also a good service in that it saves an extra service call when something else fails (and an extra couple of days of parking outside). Service was quick and he cleaned up after himself completely. After the job was complete he fully explained everything he did and even offered to adjust the garage door opener (which was not part of the repair).

Our repair technician Jim Twombly is honest, courteous, and technically proficient in his craft. He pointed out exactly what needed repair, and the options that were available to us in order to get the job done. We opted for the Torsion Overhaul because in addition to the broken spring many of the moving parts were showing wear and rusting which I believe in time would have meant future service calls. And, after Jimâ??s detailed explanation of what we were getting in the repair package, the decision was obvious. Not only did he do an outstanding repair job, he explained the best maintenance method to use in order to keep the door in excellent working order and prolong the life of the moving parts and cables. I would have rated 5 start if not for the phone rep who quoted me $99.00 per spring and after install the price for a different spring that was put in was $169.00 per spring. Phone rep should have informed me of the 2 choices and then when repair tech came out I could be the one to make the decision.
