I was very impressed by Stu. To start out, I place a premium on arriving during the window promised and I am happy to say that Stu showed up right in the middle of the promised window. He walked me through his observations of my garage door and then was able to fix the spring and get me going rather quickly. I would definitely recommend Stu.

Our garage door spring was repaired on the same day that we called. The technician, Stu was very knowledgeable and repaired the spring in very short order. While he was here, he even replaced a faulty opener / switch.

We had a Liftmaster - Jack Shaft opener installed, even though there where some difficulties getting it to operate properly the Tech stuck with it maintained a healthy attitude and finished the job with the opener operating nicely. Technician arrived on time (10 minutes early) and fixed my door which would not open due to a misaligned track. After that was corrected he showed me other areas which would need future attention and when I asked if he could replace the worn parts now he agreed and worked almost 2 hours at night in freezing temps. This door is more than 40 years old and now operates like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough and I would recommend him and your company to anyone. Donna
