To Precision Door Service Management: I just wanted to write a quick note on how happy we are with the service level we received from your Technician Mr. Jezrel White. My career was in management that focused on providing Customer Service running an Information Technology Help Desk for the Dept. of Revenue. I was on the job starting as an entry 3rd shift person to becoming top management in my 36 year career before retirement. Our team rated 98% in the ’Excellent ‘Category for an average of my last 5 years on surveys sent out to our customers and stake holders in the evaluation of the Customer Service we provided. In fact I consulted with numerous other state agencies on Customer Service and what it takes to deliver. The reason I am mentioning all of this is that I feel I am qualified to give your team an unbiased evaluation. As you know communication and customer feedback are so very important. It all starts with the great web site you have. It was informative and factual. The bios on your Service Staff were great. The communications via emails was second to none. Your staff provided great communication all the way from the start of our repair job to the finish. Mr. Jezrel White kept me informed all the way through the repair on timing, pending issues, and suggestions. What a great job Mr. White also did in making sure the repair was completed timely. Mr. White is very friendly and gives off a positive appearance. If all of your workers show the dedication he showed me on this repair, you are very lucky indeed. I would have loved to have these types of positive attitudes in the staff I worked with over the years. You could see he enjoys his job and the challenges that repairing this garage door he faced with multiple issues. Mr. White on this job from start to finish has been a great ambassador for your company. Customer Service that he provided should be a model to other companies. As you all now, COMMUNICATION is so very important and all of the staff involved in your company communicated as well as possible. I cannot stress that enough! Follow-up is also important and having a number to call is essential for great Customer Service. You have it all correct and your company is what Customer Service is all about.
