We needed to get our garage door repaired. When I called Ashley was very polite and responsive to answering my questions about the door. She also gave a time frame when a service tech would be out and they were even earlier which which was great for us. The service tech Jake Roszina was very responsive to our questions and concerns. After his review and findings he explained all of our options that were available. It is a shame that more companies are not as responsive as Precision Door Service was.

Precision installed new garage springs 12 years ago. I added windows to garage door earlier this year. This changed the door weight and the door became unbalanced. Rep checked out and adjusted spring tension. Lubricated stuff. NO CHARGE ! I have Precision's call sticker located by the door.

I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.

My garage door wouldn’t close all the way, so I contacted Precision and they sent a technician within a couple hours. Jacob L carried out a comprehensive inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the parts he needed in his truck, and within 45 minutes he had everything working again. I’m super impressed with the level of service. Thanks guys!

When my garage stopped opening for the 2nd time in about 3 months I knew it was something more serious than youtube could help me solve. Brian & team, from Precision showed up the next morning and fixed the issues with in an hour. They offered me 3 prices ranges and gave me good suggestions on my door situation based off wear and tear/age. They also weren't annoyed they had to flag me from my work station as I work from home. I would highly recommend these guys again for anyone that has Garage door issues. I heard horror stories of a few thousand dollars to replace broken springs (both broke) in doors. I got away with $960 and the door sounds way better/quiet now!

Great professional service, but go figure the door and unit was working properly. Just was a pain when I used the remote it only opened 2 feet and then did that a few times, nothing in the way. Hope it doesnt come back but we shall see in the next few weeks, since had to hold the button inside for a bit for it to go. Maybe should have unplugged the unit too, like with computers, but great service and will refer people to you guys!

We looked online last night when our garage door springs broke and was able to set up appointment the next day. With getting many options of repair or replacing the garage door, our technician Michael gave a great explanation of both. We decided to replace the entire door and mechanics. Thank you for the quick response to come out to our home so quickly. Can’t wait to see the new door when installed in a few weeks.
