Matt called and said he was ahead of schedule, and could he come earlier; I said yes. When he arrived, he asked me what the problem with the door was. He then did an exam of the door and described the cause and what the solution would be. He explained the trip charge and did an estimate cost of the repair and asked if I agreed to his repairing my garage door. Matt then when to work and the door was fixed in a short time. More signing and a handshake for doing and great job and I got a business card in case I ever needed help again. I choose Matt company because he was located in the city I live in, and the internet showed him as being very close to my house. Matt also petted our dogs instead of just letting them bark at him. They got along fine after that. :-)

I am a repeat and loyal customer. Precision has been my go to service provider for garage door work. Our spring failed Saturday morning and made the call. The call center scheduled a call for the same day and Colin Horsch responded with outstanding customer service. He provided a full inspection and made some recommendations. We discussed the worked and decided on a plan of action. Not only was the work performed quickly, he was very courteous, answered my questions, and we even chatted about fishing! I have his card and will ask for him directly for future work (even though I have had great experiences with all technician from Precision!). Well done!

Great service! They were able to come the next day. Excellent customer service as usual. Our technician Jaden was amazing and offered a few options to fit our budget. He made sure I understood the work needed and explained what to look for with some of the older parts of our door that didn’t require replacement today but we’re older and eventually would. Absolutely first class all the way. Something had gone very wrong with our opener and the door was opening and closing on its own, including about every five seconds one night when I finally had to disconnect the power from it. Kendall was there promptly as promised and did a sensational job for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. There is a right way and wrong way to do business. Had to make a last minute call to diagnose a garage door opener issue. Unfortunately, the opener's motor died, which is a pretty major repair. I called Precision Overhead Door on a Saturday morning, and they dispatched someone right away. The technician, Tanner, called me when he was about 15 minutes out. Upon arrival, Tanner reviewed the issue, and openly discussed repair vs replacement cost. I decided to replace. Tanner quoted me a few options and I made my choice. Tanner was very friendly, professional, and didn't push me one way or the other on repair vs replace. All this plus no trip charge and no charge for weekends!

I called Precision on a Sunday (3/27/2023) for a problem I was having with a 23 year old garage door opener. The technician arrived at 8:15 the next morning and went right to work. I knew I needed a new opener and he provided me with many options. He explained each one to me and I told him which one I wanted. I went with the Genie belt drive. He went right to work and was finished within an hour. He explained everything to me, I had only a few questions and he cleaned up and hauled away everything. The technician's name is Jake Roszina. He was very friendly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would ask for him by name. I highly recommend this company.

Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks
