Stu Ellenberger was my assigned technician and he came out promptly, did a complete inspection and overhaul of my garage door, rollers, torsion spring, steel cabling, and gave my garage door opener a good inspection. After he completely replaced the rollers, cables, spring, the garage door opened so painlessly with my old garage door opener. I made the decision to also replace the old garage door opener with a new one that Precision Door carried, the Liftmaster with battery backup. You can barely hear the garage door open and close now. The new opener is great. Stu's technical skills are top-notch and his customer service is above reproach! I will definitely recommend Precision Door and Stu Ellenberger to any friends/family I know in the area that need this type of service.

Stu explained the repair and the cost involved to fix the old door, so we decided to purchase a new door rather than fix the old one. Tom came the next morning and the door was installed very professionally in a short amount of time. Tom explained the warranty, maintenance required, and made sure we had no other questions. A quick Google search led me to the web site for Precision Door, which was a very well done web site. I liked what I read and called for on an appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Bakari was on time for the appointment, was very courteous, did an excellent job of repairing the door, and completely cleaned up after the job. I give Bakari a huge kudo!

I got home from a walk and discovered that my garage door made a loud crash and would not open. My car was inside. I got in and saw a broken spring. My children needed to be picked up from school, so I was a little worried about the situation. I went to the internet to find help, and your site came up as a local contractor. I did call others, but reached answering machines. Your live operator was very polite and said she would have a repair person to my home within the next two hours. Within 30 minutes Spencer was at my door and diagnosed the problem. He also did a thorough inspection of the door. He was able to make all the necessary repairs on the spot! He aslo gave me real quotes, no hassles. Two hours after I called your company my garage door works better that it ever has. It is quieter, looks a lot better, and clearly safer. I am one happy customer! That could have really wrecked my day, but Spencer came in and saved it.

We discovered we had a broken spring around 7:00am on a Friday morning. A quick Google turned up Precision, and the positive reviews and 24 hour phone service got my business. I called about 7:30am and got an appointment between 8-10am that same day. Stu called about 9:00am and said he be there in about a half hour. At 9:30 he arrived and went over the problem and replacement cost. Prior to the spring failing, my garage door sounded pretty terrible opening. As Stu worked on replacing the springs, he found some other issues due to a sub-par installation. He ended up making some additional repairs and replacing a few other components. In about an hour and a half I had a quiet working garage door again. I would recommend Stu and Precision to any needing a repair.
