First of all, thanks for keeping me posted on my service call and coming out as soon as possible on a Saturday, no less. Mike answered all my questions and was very professional. Although I was foremost concerned with solving my broken garage door spring problem, the more I chatted with Mike, the more confident I became with the Precision business to help realize another goal of mine. In the end, I decided to work with Mike on the purchase of a new garage door! I purchased the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, WOW is it quiet! The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The features and quietness of the Liftmaster were beyond my expectations for a door opener. This opener was an install job for a second door that never had an opener. The install was fast yet attention to detail was a priority. Great job and I would certainly call again.

Mike had installed my new garage door opener earlier this year. I had a service issue and they were able to send Mike out the same day. He spotted the issue immediately with my older door and was able to make an adjustment and it works great. He's the best. I'm thinking of getting a new door and will use Precision. Very professional company.

Ken was there on time. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then proceeded to check over everything in the system. He discovered another major problem and then fixed that too. Our original service was for a broken spring in fall 2012. The technician explained about a complete service overhaul for the door which we decided to do. The service was very professional and we have been pleased with the outcome. I called back this May to have the door trim replaced. Again, they were on time and we are pleased with the job. Both times Karen told me who was coming. Both times I was given an explanation of the work to be done. Well done. I would recommend your company to others for sure.

We wanted to express our appreciation for the level of customer service the Mike Gonyo provided tonight when he came to look at our garage door. We have been having trouble with the door not wanting to open all the way and stopping part of the way up. Mike did a thorough inspection of what we currently have and explained what he was seeing and testing and he outlined all of our options. There was no pressure to go one way or another and he answered all of our questions completely. We were Mike's last stop for the day and he did not show any signes of wanting this to be a quick appointment. He gave us his full attention and was very friendly and informative. Mike was great to work with and if we have repair or maintenance needs in the future, we would definately want to work with him and Precision again.

The Technician was great as well as the service. My only issue was that when I called to get a quote, I was told that the price would be a service call plus parts. I was charged a fuel surcharge. I was not told that on the phone.

We called for repair on our garage door that would not go up about 9:15 am. At 10:30 am the service truck arrived and by 11:30 the job was complete and the door was fixed. The two technicians who did the repair were knowledge, efficient and courteous. They replaced a gear and sprocket and did a 25-point inspection. The charges seemed reasonable for the repair.

We called for service at 9:15 this morning and the service truck arrived at 10:30 and had the garage door working again by 11:30. Both servicemen were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in assessing the problem and getting the job completed. We felt that the cost of $280 was fair for the parts and service required.

Service call for a failed spring before 3pm guarantee was not met but as indicated the service fee was waived. Technician was right on time as scheduled with a convenient 1 hr window. Technician was quick and identified a frayed cable as well. Service was quick and seemed very thorough. While they did upswell springs, other costs/fees/markup seemed to creep up costs way more than indicated on the phone. Need to do a better job setting expectations of total repair in advance of service.
