After Stu from Precision Door replaced our springs, made adjustments to the door and opener it now operates like a brand new door. Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. From now on I will only call you folks if I am having garage door issues or need service. THANKS!!
