Our garage door broke Friday night and I got up early on Saturday and made several calls to get the door fixed. Shortly after I received a call from Precision Door. They said they could be at my home around noon. I said yes and the repair men were there on time. They gave me three quotes for the repair and after I selected the one I wanted they did the repair. The did an excellent job and I would use them again.

No issues at all with Precision Door. Jacob did a great job installing our new garage door opener. The only issue I have is my 2018 GMC Terrain Denali uses Homelink to program the new garage door opener and our Lift Master model is not listed yet on the Homelink website because is is to new of model LOL. I put in a request to Homelink support but no response so far. Thanks for the great service.

tech was prompt, alerted me 30" ahead of arrival. I'd already done some repairs so I did not need much, but tech assessed potential problems and performed maintenance quickly. Only reason 4 stars is the remote they provided was overpriced, but was my choice to take it. Also, on the phone I was told there was no cost to have tech do assessment but afterwards was charged 50$ for diagnostic. I like to support local businesses so would use again.

I entered my request for a quote through BBB. One of your employees called and immediately wanted to schedule the service. I had to stop her and tell her I wanted an estimate for replacing my 2 torsion springs, she then quoted $189.00. You can imaging my shock when I talked to my wife before coming home from work and hearing the bill was $699.95. My wife said the tech was very nice and I'm sure he did quality work, but the price difference is quite shocking. I believe your company may need to slow down and read the emails more carefully and reply to them as asked. Also if the person calling doesn't know all the info, than maybe take the time talk to a service or sales manager to be accurate.

Our garage door spring broke. I called at 8am and the technician, Jacob, was at my house at 9:30am that same day. I also needed a new garage door opener. He fixed our door and installed our opener in one visit! We have used them in the past and will continue to use them for any garage door needs. They are wonderful!!

Our technician came early like we had requested (we were leaving for vacation), was prepared with all the necessary parts to fix our door (and install a new opener), was courteous and was extremely knowledgeable! The guy that had shown up, looking at the exterior of the door and straight up said "They do not make doors to fit your garage, you will have to rebuild the entire garage" However, the estimate we got before this one, the guy said he could make it happen they are just booked out 3-4 months. The house is located under our house, therefore rebuilding the garage would mean rebuilding the entire house.
