Precision was very responsive to our needs, available at the times convenient to us, were professional, reliable and provided quality work. Did not feel like we were taken advantage of like you feel with some other contractors or companies. Would recommend them highly!

I called Precision mainly because a friend of mine told me that he had some doors installed by Precision and told me they did a great job. Stu was there when he said he would be and the entire job took less than 1 hour. I would and will recommend Precision to anyone.

The work performed was the replacement of a broken spring on a 7' door. The technician also suggested replacing the adjacent door spring, which I agreed to have done while on site. I liked the professional appearance of the web site and the 24/7 service aspect. I was given an appointment time on the day I called which exceeded my expectations. Two techs arrived on site, one being trained by the other. The trainee peformed the spring replacement work to my satisfaction. He's a keeper!

I received great customer service. The two women I spoke with were fabulous, efficient & courteous. When Stu came out I was very pleased with him. He knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it very quickly. I was very impressed with the time he took too explain what the problem was and what too look for. I was expecting it to be very expensive but the price was great!

Your service man Travis made it easy to understand why people deal with your company rather than so many other competitors. Precision was a little more money than i expected to spend but after comparing your Raynor doors to other companies, i am glad i chose Precision. the quality just cannot be matched and your service is the best i have experienced in years.
