I was very pleased with the repair process from setting up the appointment on the phone to the end of the repair. Mike G was not only on time he was early and walked me through every step of the repair he was going to do. He explained in full the upgrades I could do on our door. He taught me a few things that I could do to prolong the life of my springs and cable. Our door was up and running within an hour. Pleasant and professional are the two words that come to mind about his service. Precision is very fortunate to have him as a service tech. Thanks once again for your speedy and professional service. Bakari was professional in all aspects of the repair. Doing a good repair involved his doing and sometimes redoing his work to make sure all aspects of the door functioned properly. He spent a great deal of time and effort making sure each aspect of the repair functioned properly before finishing. I'm sure anyone would be happy with his work and explanations. Ron
