Fast service after cable broke on Friday. Were able to come out Saturday and Joe was great to work with. He explained what was needed and cost for services. Repaired in under an hour and works great. Will use again if needed and Joe could do the work.

After no response to my email all it took was a call for an estimate. The technician (Derek) was there in an hour. 20 minute evaluation and an estimate. He was thorough and explained the option and we figured out what I needed. Now I will see how it compares to the competition.

I had Kurt install a new Opener, wall plate, keypad and belt drive. There was nothing wrong with my existing unit but I simply wanted to upgrade. Kurt showed up on time, very professional and inspected my current configuration throughoughly before providing me with a quote. He did make several reccommendations but was not pushy in anyway. He was more than willing to perform the work that I was interested in having done.

I was surprised at the estimate given to me by Steve Gatson. My original thought was the bill would only be roughly $250. I reached that thought by the information given to me by the person I originally spoke to. She told me that the house call was $69.99 and the most expensive spring was $179.00. Little did I know that I needed to have two springs replaced at $179.00 and all the bearings, bringing my bill to a total of $637.95! Very disappointing. But, the good news is that your serviceman Steve Gatson was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and very good at getting the jog done correctly. In my opinion he did an outstanding job. Great experience with service technician who called before he came out and did an excellent job replacing cheap garage door parts that were damaged.
