I walked into the garage on a Sunday morning to find the door partially open, angled unevenly with a track bowed out horribly on one side. After a brief internet search, I selected Precision Garage Doors due the multiple positive reviews. I called them, and a technician arrived roughly 40 minutes later. Spencer was very positive and knowledgeable, quickly assessing the situation and concluding that it was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. Within an hour or so, he had not only fixed the door, but had it operating smoother and quieter than prior to its malfunction. The replacement parts were fewer than I had anticipated and the price was reasonable - especially given that the door was fixed two hours after I realized it was broken! I would recommend Precision and will definitely call them again.

After calling Precision Door, they were able to send a technician out to our house within a few hours. I was not expecting someone to come out so quickly or in the evening. Our door would not stay down and it had become a big problem. The technician replaced the sensors and also reset our keypad. The price for the service call, parts, and labor was fair and the work was done quickly. I am very happy with the service.

The technicians were professional and efficient. They did a great job and got the garage door up and running within an hour. My only frustration was that the reason I picked your company is because of the same day repair I was told about and I made the appointment for Monday and when the technician showed I was informed that I would need a new opener but he did not have one and they would have to come back the next day and luckily that worked out for my schedule. Also the price we were initially told was $250 and then with installation $350. But when the other technician showed up Tuesday and completed the work we owed $450 which seemed odd that the price kept jumping from Monday till Tuesday. Besides the higher price and the two day repair everything was good. Thanks.

My overhead garage door opener decided to stop working. I called your company and someone came out on a holiday no less to look at it. He was on time, honest and told me he may be able to fix the existing opener by replacing a sensor. When that did not take care of the problem, I asked that he replace the whole thing. He did an excellent job and did not charge anything extra for a holiday or for the work that he thought may fix the problem. I later recommended your company to my mother who was having an issue with her door opener as well. The service technician who came to look at her door was able to resolve the issue quickly and did not even charge her since it was just an adjustment. She ended up replacing the opener with your company eventually since hers was extremely old. Thank you for providing such great customer service!!! It is so rare to see this now. I will definately recommend you to friends and family. Keep doing what you're doing.
