Our technician came early like we had requested (we were leaving for vacation), was prepared with all the necessary parts to fix our door (and install a new opener), was courteous and was extremely knowledgeable! Garage door spring broke didn't know who to call. Happened to see an ad on tv for Precision garage door repair. I called them around 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning and by 1 that afternoon my door was repaired. Thnaks Precision for you timely responce. Our technician Steve G. did an outstanding job! I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Door. I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. He ended up replacing both springs, the bearing plates, safety eyes and wiring. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. Thank you.

I have a rental property where the garage door opener was not working. I had my handyman install it. It didn't work. I had Mr. Handyman come out and say the electrical in the garage needed updating. I had an electrician make all the updates. I then had Mr. Handyman come out again and they charged me $150 and didn't fix a thing. I finally called Precision and in less than a minute the technician, Rick Bourget, identified the problem and it was fixed like magic. This company does great work and knows exactly what they are doing.

Garage door opener had broken clamp & flipper. Unit is original unit, so its over 20 years old. After technician Matt explained my options, warranties, I decided to have him replace unit vs wait to order a new part. Opener works beautifully, quiet, new remotes & keypad. Matt was SO polite and professional! Never pushed me to replace unit, just explained my choices.

Very impressed with this operation. Discovered the garage issue around 7:00 a.m. Called Precision at 7:30 a.m. and they scheduled a service call at 10:00 a.m. Service Tech (Matt) arrived at 9:00 a.m. and had the issue resolved by 9:45 a.m. OUTSTANDING! Matt was very friendly and profession. He was very knowledgeable of their product(s) and explained everything very thoroughly to me. I would recommend this business for any garage door issues.

Precision Door Service is a SCAM. I called and scheduled a service for a broken cable and was quoted on the phone a price of $90-$120 + a unheard of surcharge of an additional $15. Service tech arrived and told me that I now would need Bottom Brackets at $70.00 a pair ( You can buy them at Menards for $10.00 a pair) and I would also be charged $150.00 to have the springs retention. Service Tech now estimated the job would cost in total about $450.00, almost four times what I was originally quoted! I told the Technician to leave because I wasn't going to pay that much for a simple repair. On a side note I was able to secure a different provider to replace both cables, bottom brackets with new nylon rollers, retention the main springs and completely lubricate the rollers, hinges, bearings and even the overhead door opener for $150.00!!!

We had a garage door repair - $934.00 According to Stu's appraisal of the situation, it sounded like the logical route to go. The spring was broken and the cable was off the spool. There was also wear in a couple of other areas. We hope this will be the last time we have to do anything to the garage door. Stu was very knowledgable, informative, and friendly. He didn't seem like he was just trying to get us to spend money, but in the long run that we were doing the right thing. Your motto " We fix garage doors right " made sense. We didn't check around with the competition but you had done work for us before. You had the parts to get the job done right then and there. I felt confident that Stu would do a good job and that your company would stand behind it. I hope my comments are helpful. Thoroughly explained why we may be having issues with our remote garage door opener. Gave us some troubleshooting options as well as recommendations based on his inspection of our door and opener. Very nice garage doors, very pleased with the looks and quality, only reason for the 3 stars is that the installer did a very poor job of installing the decorative door handles, did not center properly and just eye balled things, the company did replace the panels and installed the handles properly, the technician that came to replace the panels did a very nice job, very pleased now.
