Broken spring. Stu was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He also replaced all of our rollers as well as cables on one door after we looked at everything. He also waived the service charge after arriving late, which we appreciated. As a result, we will consider using Precision again.

Your technician is very good at what he does. While shy at first he is really, really good with the customer, and did a very nice job of giving me advice, which I asked for. Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.

Jim was professional and very thorough. He started by checking all the parts of the garage, not just the obvious broken spring which I called about. Before starting any repairs he showed me exactly what parts could be replaced and explained how they worked and why he was suggesting the repair. When he left, I had no doubt our garage was in tip top shape.
